The Hotel is definitely in easy to reach city center place. All you need is to cross central station and you are at the main shopping street of Hamburg. I was gladly surprised about SPA / Wellness area of this hotel. Not often you can find something like this in a city hotel. Located throughout several floors it had nice big swimming pool, saunas and a huge slide for children I guess. On a week day it is not crowded at all.Guests of hotel receive complimentary bathrobes, but don't forget slippers of your own otherwise you have to be barefoot or buy ones from the kiosk in SPA reception. Concerning breakfast - they do their best to suite any taste. Freshly baked bread, served warm, all kind of German meat products and on weekends sparkling wine (prosecco). Huge plate of fruits and enough of vegetables.

Full of praises for this hotel. Great experience. We got a room with no view in the courtyard, but then we had asked for a quiet room. We did not want to be on the streetside.Very conveniently located, right across from the HopfBahnof (all S-bahns and U-bahns stop here). Room was very nice with plenty of space. The breakfast (included) was amazing! And on weekdays until 11 am and weekends 12 noon. A nice touch for those on lazy holidays. The hotel stay includes free transport during the first 3 days and this is really terrific. My review will not be complete without saying something about Oliver, the concierge. He is an absolute gem and an encyclopaedia of information...and full of patience. Great overall!

The hotel was right beside the central train station and you get a free3 day pass for all public transport so traveling around this big citywas easy to negotiate using central station as a base. The hotelfacilities were first class with swimming pool, sauna etc. And it evenhas a golf simulator in the gym. Room was clean and had a comfortablebed. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, except if you are going to bestaying in summer it has no air conditioning, but I was there in summerand the weather wasn't so warm so didn't experience any problem with thelack of air conditioning. In my opinion the best all round hotel inHamburg. Great value too.
