Myself and the friend i travelled with were both very impressed with the careful courteous help of your staff.The fact that the reception staff spoke English was a great relief. the second menu with the chicken was delicious.

Hotel is to the south of the town of Gutersloh approx 10 minute walk tothe centre where you will find some decent restaurants. The hotel staffare friendly and helpful and the hotel is very good value for money,clean, comfortable with free parking outside and wi fi.

The Appelbaum Hotel was one of the finest small hotels that we have stayed in. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast and half-board, both of which exceeded all of our expectations. There is secure underground parking, free wifi and a staff that works hard to insure that your stay is more than just pleasant. What more could anyone wish for?

This is my second stay at this hotel and would recommend it. The room was clean and very quiet. The location is perfect, very central and close to the train station. The staff were friendly and obliging.

The reception by the Hotel staff was excellent. They all spoke perfectenglish (very handy for the typical lazy Brit where foreign languagesare concerned) and they couldn't do enough for you. That, togetherwith the overall customer friendly atmosphere of the Hotel, made itsecond to none.

For my wife and myself the location and the price were the most important, as we wanted a hotel near to the railway station, so that we could easily travel to Rheda and Wiedenbrueck to visit the town where I grew up and also see my parents grave again. Another reason was that we wanted a hotel near the pedestrian precinct and the shopping area. We found the staff at the Center Hotel very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in the pedestrian area of Gütersloh, with many stores andrestaurants nearby. Fast internet connection (free and without password)and good breakfast. Nice people at the reception.
