The room was light and airy, everything was modern, the staff were verygood and accomodating and the room was well cleaned. But I did reportthat the left hand plug socket under the table was defective on my firstday, when we left it still hadn't been repaired, this meant that to usethe laptop at the desk we had to unplug the tv, this involved crawlingunder the table! The hotel was a bit off of the beaten path, in otherwords we had to travel to get anywhere and at the end of our wek thetrams were not working, they were replaced by buses, so if you are usingpublic transport it is a bit difficult, also out of house eating/diningwas limited. We also had to pay for the wlan usage, it was only 10euros, but we had understood that every room had a wlan connection,there was no mention of an extra fee? Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

For a woman staying alone, the hotel reception, bar and restuarant are very comforting and non-intimidating

I only made the reservation here because it said it had a swiming pool and hot, tub sauna but nothing was operational a real rip off for the money for the hotel i could have sleep much cheaper somewhere else, but the serive was good even though one lady had to do everything. But the hotel was very clean, but i dont feel i should have had to pay the ful price since the serives offered wasnt ready to be used.

Unbelievable staff. Bend over backwords to assist. Best breakfast we have had in five weeks of European travel. The hotel also operates a high end pastry and desert parlor which is reflected in their breakfast. Only 20 minutes from the main Frankfurt airport, a very reasonable and comfortable alternative to the airport hotels. Good parking.

This hotel is very well maintained and is renovated. Breakfast is very good, internet is free and work well (mainly in the first floor), parking is free. The single room is a bit small but comfortable anyway.

The hotel is just a few minutes away from the highway, so easy to getthere. Room was very spacious and nicely clean. The surroundings wereokay, nice little village.

Got room upgrade as I have several times in the past. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of variety, served very nicely in a tasteful setting. Design of hotel is modern/contemporary without being too edgy. I have found rooms to always be extremely clean. Location is quick 5 minute walk from central train station. Location has enough street activity due to other hotels and eateries in area to be safe and comfortable in my experience.Also recommend AsiaGourmet at train station for quick, very tasty, affordable meal while you are there.

Came to Germany for Timewarp and decided on a short stay in Frankfurt. Loved every minute of it. Staff at the hotel couldn't be more helpful on any questions about the hotel or surrounding area eg directions. Room was cleaned every day and decor of a very high standard. Downstairs bar was great to have a drink in before heading out, had a laugh with the staff. Would definitely come back to this hotel next time in Frankfurt!!

We liked the breakfast room. We liked the the garden with shade trees, agreat advantage for an inner city hotel. We liked the clever design ofrooms to maximise space and the lovely use of mirror in the breakfastroom. We liked the breakfast. I don't know which item we liked best asall of the above were pleasing.Well done, particularly the young staff.Proximity to the station is a big plus for independent travellers

Well located hotel. We visited the iaa and could walk (10min) to theentrance. The trainstation is also a 10 min walk with some nicecafe's and pubs. The hotel itself is not recent but is nice tough, rooms and beds are OK. Breakfast is simple but well taken care of.

It's a very peaceful location. Thou, it's not very ideal for shopping & entertainments, our kids really enjoyed the peaceful environment added with easy access [ Walking distance ] to the Main station. Yes, We will choose this hotel again , if god wishes.

The breakfast is very good. It take about 5 min from railway station to the hotel by foot. You can also take Bus 37, only one station, when you have too many luggage. The owner offer us an appartment. It was so nice.

Firstly,the location is excellent. The hotel is within easy reach of themain train station,literally 5 minutes from hotel to station.Furthermorethere are plenty of buses leaving for various destinations withinFrankfurt and beyond.There are plenty of taxi's parked opposite the maintrain station so transport is not a problem. The breakfast is adequateand wholesome.The rooms of the hotel are large and comfortable,thebathroom/shower is clean and spacious.The staff are friendly andhelpful. Definitely recommend this hotel as it is cheap,clean and thelocation is perfect if you are to use the main train station.

the staff was veeeeeeery kind and veryyyyy supportive,location is excellent ,its just 3min by walk to central station (HBF ) and just 3 min to bus station for ryanair airport ( hahn airport ) by walk.also the breakfast is very good.the room is realy simple but very clean and comfort. wi-fi internet was very good and speedy .

Very near to the Frankfurt hbf. Your just need to walk within 5 mins.(If you are on the correct direction) And the host is really kind. When I arrived and he found me got a cold. He send me a hot coffee, milk, and many things that can make me feel better. Also upgrade my room for free. Internet is free. Everything is nice.
