Very nice and a friendly staff, a good dinner, good breakfast, inthe center of giengen, private autopark, perfect wireless, veryclean rooms..

Hotel staff very polite on arrival the rooms are quite large clean &comfortalbe although the beds are very firm.My main reason for choosingthis hotel was the location as it really is just 5 mins walk to thesteiff bear museam & what a fantastic museam for any age group.Breakfastat the Lamm Hotel we found to be poor as they did not provide enoughfood for all guests & I eat very little at breakfast time. We stayed fortwo nights staff were polite & spoke very good English on checking out Ifound them very abrupt demanding the room key they were quite rude I wasmade to feel uncomfortable I don't think we will book this hotel again.

Teddy bear heaven! Hotel is located in centre of Giengen which has a lovely atmosphere. Room was huge! Hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is very good with plently of choice. Traditional German fare served in the restaurant which was also very nice. Parking at rear but I would imagine spaces would be very limited when the hotel is busy.

The room and hotel were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant hadexcellent service and food. I noticed many locals eating there also.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They ordered my taxis throughout my stay and were always available. The restaurant staff was very kind at breakfast , even making my daughter hot chocolate to bring to her in the room.

The Hotel is located in Ulm just minutes walk from the huge marketplace and the church with Europes tallest spire. I have never seen suchshopping as there. The hotel is also just a short few minutes from thethe Danube River (Donau is the german name) It would be impossible tofind a more convieniant spot. The train station is also just a fewminutes away.The people at this hotel especially the family reallyhustle. They understand their business very well. The attachedrestaurant is a local favourite and captures the german cuisine in finestyle,(evening meal reservation is highly recommended as it is apopluar spot) I was very very satisfied with my choice , my stay andthe service provided.

The location is great, 5 minites to the Old Town. In a hotel is free swimming pool. The breakfast is big and taisty. The room is clean and comfort. We liked it!The parking in a hotel costs 9 euro (there is a free parking in the street, but there is a few places)

The staff at this hotel were friendly and assisted us in whatever we asked. When my husband went to fetch our rental car, it was dead and needed a battery charge. This took over an hour! I was waiting in front of the hotel for him and did not know what had happened to him. Naturallz, I became worried. The hotel receptionist went with me to the garage to look for him and act as language interpreter. By the time we returned to the hotel, my husband was already there. Location of this hotel could not be better. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see or do. I would not think twice about returning to this hotel or referring friends and family. A great find!

The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet was both appealing and delicious (with organic bread and a good assortment of fresh fruit, cheese, etc.). Surprisingly, although the hotel is located on a very busy street, the noise is completely blocked by good windows. I will stay again.

Very convenient location. Also very good breakfast service andselection. The double thick windows kept out most normal roadway noise,however, you could not sleep due to noise with the windows open. Goodthing our visit was in slightly cooler weather.

Very nice hotel on the river of a small lake, perfect if you travel by car, there is a free parking, internet is bit strange, you have constantly to login after 4 /5 min surfing... but is free.If you share room with someone who is not intimate to you, could be bit embarassing as the bathroom is completely transparent glass...no privacy! Better to know before!
