This is a modern hotel within a traditional old building. Nice decor, very clean and comfortable room with excellent bathroom. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good indeed, Thoroughly recommended.

Town centre location - all amenities at hand - but car parkingavailable. Staff spoke good English, were well presented, polite andhelpful at all times. Buffet breakfast was superb and well staffed. Roomwas spacious and well appointed with modern furniture, fixtures andfittings. It was spotless. I loved it!

I stayed in lakeside apartment. Perfect view and very well designedroom. Just facing to the lake by huge windows. Even you can open one ofthem completely by sliding it to have a balcony feeling. Nice bathroomand comfortable bed. Big lcd tv. Simple & Comfortable design room. Justgo out and you are on the coast to have a walk, go dining and cafe area.Internet service is good. You can use the password given not only aroundhotel area but also anywhere in the city.

Location is perfect. Easy walk from there to see that town. It's very close to the station and taxis for transport to airport and/or businesses.

Hotel is clean and comfortable and the location is excellent, close to the station and the lakeside. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

The very large, well equipped room. The attentive staff who found nothing too much trouble. Overall, the hotel gives the impression of a well run business where much care is taken over the details - the fact that it has been family run for 4 generations probably has a lot to do with this.

Nice hotel centrally located. People were warm and friendly. I'm sure it helped a little to be able to speak German. There were a few English speakers who were a little rude to the man working at the front desk who was trying his best to help them. Overall, a friendly team and I would definitely go back!

Our upgrade to a suite was very well received. The room was spacious and for the price very cheap. Most of the time the staff were hepfull, especially in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was good. We had dinner in the dinning room twice, the first being a very enjoyable experience, good food and great choice of wine. However the second night (which was a Sunday) the meal was average. We could not believe the difference. The hotel overall was OK/good for the price.

This is a small family run hotel, with a small restaurant and bar. Food was good althoiugh breakfast was basic.It was very good value.

Nice hotel with everything on hand. 5 mins walk to a quite part of Lake Conctance. Transport required to get into Friedrichshafen, we took bus, which is a pleasent city. Lots of trips available from here.

The breakfast was great. The hotel was used for one night before movinginto the school dorm. The beds were comfortable and the rooms werespacious. The hotel is very close to Lake Constance (Bodensee). Thestaff is very friendly. Able to contact the hotel easily via email andthey replied quickly. I booked this hotel for my son and he had nocomplaints.

A large room with lots of clean towels, close to harbour train station and ferry, free Internet in room, good breakfast included.

It was close to the town - just a few minutes walk. The beds were cleanand comfortable. It was fairly quiet (traffic in the morning).That's allthere is to say in its favour!

This hotel is a great location to explore Friedrichshafen and surroundings. It's close to the lake and the dock from which one can catch a ferry to other likeside towns. The breakfast was good. The Internet access was fast and stable.
