Comfortable room, easy parking across the street, good breakfast - hardboiled eggs, lunch meats, cheese, bread/butter/jam, oj and coffee;cereals too. Nothing like a full English breakfast, but it wassubstantial enough. This hotel is only a few minute drive from Cochem,Germany which we went to see the castle. We didn't mind the drive in andout of town since we saved 75eur on our rate compared to a hotel in themiddle of Cochem. I highly recommend it.

Despite language barrier the staff helped us figure out how to pay aparking ticket. Breakfast was nice.

The hotel and rooms were spotless. The information from the owners firstclass. Food excellent.Additionally - I left my mobile phone in my roomwhich I did not realise until I unpacked at the next hotel in Belgium.The owners chased after me in their car but couldn't find me. Then leftmessages on my email and on my home phone and then, through Booking.comgot a message through to my next hotel to tell me the situation.Outstanding service from them and Booking.com

What a great hotel. We found this off of the internet and were notdisappointed. The host and hostess are really great, very helpful,knowledgeable and attentive in the right way (and they speak very goodEnglish). The location could not be better, right opposite the lovelyMosel, with views of the vineyards opposite. Walks on your doorstep, andnumerous wineries right in the village of Ernst. Breakfast was a feastand evening meals were substantial and delicious. Great!

We had a wonderful holiday there on the Mosel. The hotel was only 5 minutes away from Cochem and its shops and castle. Martha and Micheal were very helpful, and provided all that we required. The rooms were large / clean / and had all the amenities required. No tea making facilites, but then not usually available outside the UK. Carparking was right outside, and the river was just over the road. Martha cooked the evening meal to order, and was delicious. What more would you want. As a bonus... we had a room update, at no extra cost!!!!

The staff was very welcoming and kind. We were exhausted and it was late, so it was a wonderful feature to have two restaurants to choose from on site. The breakfast was delightfully laid out, and the hotel is situated perfectly in this small and very charming village. It's not super fancy, but certainly clean and comfy and an excellent value. We'd definitely recommend it.

Excellent location right opposite the Moselle, cleanliness of the rooms was superb. Though we checked in pretty late (after 23.00 hrs) we were greeted very warmly by the owners & rooms made up so well that we just hit the bed. The breakfast was sumptuous & offered wide variety including freshly baked croissants. Kids just loved it n had it not for the rain the kids area & the outside garden could have been explored better.

We had a lovely holiday, Tina and Rolf very friendly and helpful. Roomwas very nice, clean and well equipped. Location was very good in asmall town with nice, friendly places to eat. Just a couple of minuteswalk from the Mosel with lots of walking and cycle paths.

We had a very good stay in Residenz Moselzauber, which we can really recommend. Appartment was tidy and very clean, good kitchen and bathroom. Hospitality from Anja and Rolf was very good, and the pool and wellness facilities nice. The town of Ernst may not be the most exciting in the Mosel valley, but still very nice and close to Cochem and other more lively places

Probably the best hotel room we've had! Spotlessly clean, well designedand colour coordinated and a great bathroom. We had the smallest of thethree (?) apartments available - the one without a balcony apparently,but apart from that it was excellent. We saw the pool and wellness areain the basement, which looked well kept and pleasant, but never used it.No question - we would definitely recommend the hotel.
