We were given a commodious and agreeable suite at the top of the building which was as quiet as we wished (except for charming church bells, not too frequent). The hotel was very central and it was easy to see round the town. We cannot comment on the food, since we did not eat there.

We really loved this hotel and will return. I would have given "excellent" for the hotel staff but had one worker who was not friendly nor helpful when we asked about the password to log into wifi. I asked her what it was and she said, "No, no, there's no password!" while raising her voice. I explained to her that our room came with free wifi and she continued to tell me no! The other staff member who had checked us in and was very kind came to our rescue and handed me a piece of paper with the login/username on it. So, I'm still puzzled at the behavior of the other girl. We didn't let one bad seed ruin our time at this great hotel! One other thing, make sure you take your copy of hotel confirmation. We agreed to pay extra for our son which we were given a new price from the hotel so when we were checking out the charge was added on again. Luckily we caught it and after I showed them our confirmation they removed the extra charge.

The Erfurt Pullman is an exceptionally luxurious hotel featuring a stunning open area encompassing reception, lobby and bar/restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is outstanding with every imaginable item available. The hotel is a short walking distance to all Erfurt's major attractions and restaurants.

We were there with two kids (age 1 and 5). We had a large room withextra bedding and a baby bed. Very comfortable. Parking under the hoteland the hotel is a five minute walk from the city centre. Breakfastbuffet was not cheap but good and very wide ranged. Friendly staff, atcheck in. All and all an hotel I would definitally stay here again.

Very good hotel, spacious room, location is close to the Cathedral but abit too far from the central railway station in comparison with someother hotels (not a bit problem anyway as you can reach it on foot inabout 20 min). Double basin in the bathroom, comfortable beds, pleasantstaff, gowns and slippers in the room, nice breakfast. Great choice ifyou go to the Erfurt Opera (it's just opposite the Pullman)

This is a superb hotel for visiting Erfurt, perfectly located in a quiet area near the Krämerbrucke, so one can walk to anything of interest in the Old Town. There are numerous restaurants nearby in addition to the excellent one in the hotel. The breakfast, included, was one of the best we have ever had in 18 years of living and touring in Europe. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a great location for walking to see the city. It was very cleanand the staff was very helpful. Parking was 10 euros and was a crowdedunderground lot but we were glad to have a place as there was lots ofroad construction and blocked streets around the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, cosy! The rooms are big and tidy, the stuff are welcoming, helpful, professional and nice, the parking is large and convenient. The location is just perfect - right in the old town center, thus tourist attractions and numerous restaurants are just a minute walk. Really enjoyed our stay a lot!

Excellent location near to Merchant's Bridge. Spacious Reception area; open-plan yet incorporating separate seating/bar areas it is well-designed for comfort. Reception staff very helpful and spoke English (not common in Thuringia). For a small extra cost I chose a Superior or 'Comfort' Room. This was well away from the front street and was indeed a very quiet room, as advertised. Large windows you can open. I had a kettle, snacks and free minibar included. My companions did not. Spacious underground parking was useful (chargeable). Lifts directly up to the main hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, cosy! The rooms are big and tidy, the stuff are welcoming, helpful, professional and nice, the parking is large and convenient. Our top (4th) floor room had interesting roof-scape views and was sunny,modern and well-appointed. Breakfast buffet was generous, with plenty ofstaff on duty. There are parking facilities at the rear of the hotel. Anefficient and friendly hotel.

The place is very convienently located very close from main centralstation and near from city center which is very easily reached either byfoot or by Strassenbahn. I did get a room located in the rear which wasvery quiet as asked before when booking.

Based on expectations from previous reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It wasn't perfect, but for the money I thought it was pretty good. Staff were friendly enough, my room was clean and spacious, and everything worked. Contrary to some reviewers, I thought the breakfast was excellent, even at 9am on a Sunday morning.

We were welcomed warmly and found all the facilities of a high standard.We were impressed by the care and thought taken to furnish and decorateour rooms which enhanced the ambience. Breakfast each morning was morethan adequate. The position of the pension being near to the tramlinestops was particularly useful as we had arrived in erfurt by train.

The Pension had a very homely feel to it; the room was well decorated, comfortable and warm (as the weather outside was rather cold). It was about a 10 minute walk to the old town but a frequent tram service went to the main points of interest within 2 or 3 minutes. The room was double glazed and was therefore quiet, despite the trams. Erfurt has a great number of interesting sites to visit and I am sorry we stayed for only 2 nights.

The pension was located in a quit part of Erfurt. Within 1 minutewalk you can cath the tramline to the central station and the innercity, which takes less than 5 minutes. The host Roger Wegerich givesyou all the information and help you need and his wife Katja is anartist who makes beautiful lifelike baby puppets she can show you ifyou wish. Our room + own bathroom, at the backside on the groundfloor, was cool (outside 31 degrees) and quit. Overall: good qualityfor a reasonable price.

Very central location to Dom, Altstadt. Good restaurant downstairs. Good price and good wholesome food and friendly staff. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Had the double room for three persons.

2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Alot of space to stretch out. Tram about 100 meters to take you to center of city. Great deal for the money.

Ferienwohnung is a five minute walk to the tram station. There is a quite good Lebanese-owned pizza place a few doors up. This adjoins a hookah-bar by the way. The guesthouse calls itself a holiday house...furnished, but no extras at all, not even an extra roll of toilet paper. There are no stores nearby, just fqctory or warehouse or derlict buildings. The building consists of the guesthouse and many other apartments - some have been renovated, some look pretty delapidated. There is parking right in front of the building. The apartment was clean. Everything worked: windows, hot water, toilet; locks, toaster, stove top, refrigerator. It was completely quiet after midnight when the hookah bar closed, The manager and his assistant offered time when I could use their computer to check my email.
