We were greeted warmly at Check in. The rooms were well prepared. Check in had wonderful suggestions for dinner. Breakfast was great! Staff was helpful with sightseeing ideas. I would diffently take my family back! Located in a charming town too.

We had a warm welcome even when arriving quite late. Staff were helpful and friendly. Large room with a balcony and a seating area with a sofa. Quiet room for a good night sleep Location is good and there is a restaurant just opposite the hotel. Parking was easy as the hotel has a large yard where to park.

Everything was excellent. The bed was large and comfortable. The room came with a large flatscreen TV, the internet was free and worked perfectly. The hotel was quiet although it had many visitors. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasted very good, in a cozy environment. This was just a very good place to stay and I look forward to coming back. There was plenty of free parking, even an elevator in the hotel. Close to all restaurants and shops.

The warm and friendly welcome. Wonderful restaurant and a great gourmetmeal. The staff was efficient, fun and extremely friendly. The town isreally cute and one of the best Christmas Markets I have ever attended.All the market stalls were selling things from the area, mostly homemade and all very friendly. Just a lovely atmosphere. The best thingabout the market is that there was no "Asian crap" on sale. The HotelEngel is so centrally located in the town and we actually wanted to staythere because our friends had dogs and it's really difficult to findhotels that accommodate pets. It was the closest Hotel to Colmar, whichwas the reason for our visit, that accepted pets. We will certainly gothere again.

The room was clean and ok. The whole hotel has 1990 design and feels abit old. Breakfast was ok but the dinner buffet was not the best. Thestaff was nice and helpful. Worth the money. Had the 4 bed apartment andyou could her the next room, everything... ;)

The Gastenhaus Glaser was an excellent choice for our family whilevisiting Europa Park recently. The owners were friendly and the room wasvery clean and tidy upon arrival. The breakfast was a perfect way tostart our day, and was included in the price of the room. We would staythere again for sure!
