The town is absolutely charming. Hotel Goldene Rose is located right inthe center of town making all exploration possible. There are numerousbiking and walking trails right outside the city walls. The front deskstaff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious withcheese, meats, and breads of the region. There are three restaurantswith this hotel, offering a variety of menus to suit any budget.

The hotel is in a good location on the main street. Dinkelsbühl is a fabulous old medivial town in great condition. Everywhere is full of character. The hotel I would definitely use again. Not the most up to date, but acceptable. Parking outside in the street. Breakfast was good and plenty.

lovely old hotel but with modern comforts - clean and welcoming. staff very helpful with good breakfast. centrally located so very useful for shops and bars and places to eat. dinkelsbuhl is a beautiful old town and especially attractive in the evening with buildings lit up as you wander the streets. car parking on the street with permit outside the hotel - this would have been better if the permit lasted longer than 10.00am in the morning. nevertheless highly recommended.

This hotel is excellently located right in the centre, the staff veryfriendly and helpful. A very clean hotel, in particular my room and thebathroom which being completely white would show any tiny marks. As itwas it was cleaner than an operating room ! Top marks to the cleaningstaff. The breakfast was of a high standard and the restaurant staffpleasant. Being on a motorcycle holiday I was very grateful for beingallowed to park my bike behind the gates on the side alley. I wouldrecommend this hotel to anybody.

The hotel is quite old and country style, but generally it is okey. Thiscould be interesting for the people from far east.

The location was great. Parking was easy. The staff was kind. Thebreakfast was tasty. The pool was pretty to look at but a little too cool for our winter weekend. I think the sign for the sauna says that you need to tell the staff about 20 minutes before you want to use it.

It was wonderful, i like it very much. The hotel is in the city centre of the old town. you can go everywhere by walk. take picture at the old town. Hotel stafs very polite and kind. i feel my self in the medieval. Beautiful abiance.

Fantastic hotel. Wonderful hosts. Rooms huge and clean and verycomfortable except the pillows were a little inadequate. Ate in theweinstube on the first night and the food was excellent. Every littledetail had been considered and supplied and Hildegard couldn't do enoughfor us without being intrusive. I would definitely stay in this hotelagain and couldn't recommend it highly enough to other people.Dinkelsbuhl itself is a historic city and certainly worth visiting. It'snot as busy as its famous neighbour Rothenburg o d Tauber but every bitas interesting.

During our visit in Germany this was without doubt a very special andunique place to stay. The hotel rooms were extremely large, comfortableand spotlessly clean. The food in the hotel wine bar was totallydelicious including local Franconian specialities. We felt this wasreally special home cooking and reflected the quality and style of thishotel. The wine and beer recommendations were excellent and the teamcould not be more helpful. If you are driving there is excellent garagefacility over the road and make sure to request a place, then justwander the fascinating streets of Dinklesbuhl. It is a marvellous town - authentic and not touristy compared to other Medieval towns in the region. Stay a few days to soak up the atmosphere and the lovely Hotel Haus Appleberg!

The location was delightful, set within the old town. The owner is very friendly and provided us with a lovely breakfast and also recommended excellent restuarants nearby for dinner. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
