The reception staff were very helpful. Rooms were of reasonable size, clean and the one we stayed had a nice view towards the town. The restaurant was excellent, though a bit expensive. The breakfast was also good with a wide range of choice.

Our room was outstanding, a suite with antique furniture and an awesome view. The hotel has a swimming pool in the basement, along with comprehesive spa facilities. In addition, the breakfast buffet was probably the best we had in a 2-week stay in Europe. Definitely an excellent pay-to-performance ratio.

The staff were extremely helpful and many spoke good english, the breakfast buffet was beautifully laid out with an excellent selection of different favorites the dinning room served superb gourmet food. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was good and safe carparking adjacent to the hotel within the grounds. The hotel was well located for various local attractions with the Nurburgring and Triers near by as well as the Mosel offering excellent motoring opportunities.
