Being across the street from the bus and train station made this idealfor trips to Dachau Concentration camp and a trip to Munich.

Convenient to Dachau transportation s-Bahn and bus. Restaurant/tavern a plus. Pleasant service; decent breakfast. Front desk helpful; hotel stored bags while we went to concentration camp tour, but they shrugged at adding information to guide us.

The hotel is located in a very quiet place. You need a car to get to theold Dachau city or to the memorial.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Dachau memorial. Ourhost was absolutely delightful and very helpful. This is not a hotel forthose who want big-city luxury. What it *is* (and does extremely well)is a comfortable, airy, laid-back hotel with good beds, a greatbreakfast, and delightful people. If you want a spa, go elsewhere. Ifyou want a comfortable, friendly experience, this is the place for you.We wish we could have packed up the whole hotel and taken it with us onthe rest of our trip!

This is a small, family run hotel with a pleasant, relaxedatmosphere. The man on reception was friendly and helpful with asense of humour. He had good English and made us feel welcome. He canprovide you with an excellent map of the town. Our room wasspotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served in a verypleasant dining room with a good selection of food. The hotel iswithin 3 minutes driving distance from Dachau Camp and Dachau towncentre. Parking at the hotel is free and the hotel is in a quietresidential area. I can recommend this hotel.

Unusual decor - stuffed animals and an African feel. Clean with ahelpful staff. Good breakfast. I was looking for a hotel in a certainarea on the outskirts of Munich with easy access to the motorway andthis fits the bill.

The hotel lobby has to be seen to be believed. One of the best private collections of African big game taxedermy I have ever encountered outside of a museum. Amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was very quiet and within 5 minutes walk from the Dachau concentration camp site, memorial and museum. The rooms were spacious and the beds really comfy.

We arrived in the afternoon when the reception wasn't attended howevermanagement had thoughtfully left instructions for us attached to thedoor in the foyer. Rooms were spacious and clean as was the rest of thehotel. Breakfast was typically German/European and sufficient with freshgoods. Hotel is located in an industrial area very close walkingdistance to Dachau Concentration Camp (10 minutes walk) and situatedabove a pizza/Italian restaurant which we would recommend. Great freewi-fi. The stuffed animals were interesting and there is some impressiveafrican art on display.

There was a stau on the A8, which delayed our arival. The kitchen closed at 21:00, we arrived at 20:45. They were kind enough to keep the kitchen open a little late to serve us dinner upon our arrival. The rooms are simple, yet quite comfortable and VERY clean. For us, we were just passing through and it was a wonderful choice for the money. In, addition, dinner was very good, breakfast was typical European breakfast and the coffee is great!!!

The rooms were large and comfortable, with ample bathroom space. We werein a group and had both a double and a single. The single was nearly aslarge as the double room, and had a much larger bathroom, as well as afridge. The restaurant downstairs was pretty good, and the ice cream barwas tasty. Staff was extremely friendly, and spoke some English. Duringbreakfast the next day one of the staff brought some small toys out forour 7 month old daughter and then let her keep them.

The room we had at the Hotel Palazzio was very clean, had a comfortable bed, nice large bathroom, however the room itself was on the small side, but for a few days stay worked out quit well. Breakfast was excellent and the choices were varied. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and the Pizza was awesome. The Hotels location for visiting the Dachau CZ was super. We walked to the CZ in less that 15 minutes, almost quicker than driving and parking in the lot which was a short distance from the CZ. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Palazzio and would stay there again for sure if in the area.

The quitness and cleanliness of the rooms. The facilities were also great (a beer machine, a smokers room). Although all was closed because out of season.
