This was probably the best hotel we've stayed at, and me and my wifetravel a lot. And by "best" I do not mean the most luxurious, thingsmade out of gold and imbued with diamonds kind of place. It is morethat the whole experience of staying in the hotel was like a small tripin itself - like the place had its unique identity and its own style orstatement to its customers because of the unique art inside, its moderndesign, the superb cleanliness of its facilities and the politeness ofits staff. It has a very artistic and modern, but yet romantic feelbecause of it's perfect location and views over the river. Fortunately,we got a room with a river view and it was just breathtaking to openthe curtains every morning. There was a tv in the room which could doanything you want it to - you can browse the internet on the tv so youdo not need your own computer, you can set the alarm on the tv to wakeyou up with a pleasant song, and it had many other cool features, whichwe didn't need to use. We stayed in a nice corner room which overlooked the river Rhein and the Dom (from afar). I liked that the hotel was away from the busy and congested Dom and shopping area but close enough and in fact a nice stroll away from all that action. The hotel staff were efficient, polite, knowledgeable and good-looking. Service was always with a smile. The restaurant, Chino Latino, served great tasting, easy food. Although I wish they could expand their menu a bit more. It's a clean, beautiful, modern boutique hotel with high international standards. I hope it stays that way.

Great staff response on arrival. Fast and efficient check in and check out. Well located for eating out and lovely riverside location. Hotel has a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, with colourful, well considered design touches which set it apart from the standard found in city centres usually. My kids loved the coloured glass showers and the high spec IPTV system which worked faultlessly. This hotel has great flair and is very keenly priced. Well done for taking such bold design decisions which work really well. 9/10 from my family certainly.
