The best thing of this hotel was its location !! It was very close to the Underground Metro - just 2 mins walk. It was very close to good restaurants and also close to the shopping malls - the Berlin city Tour buses also was very close by. So in all it was the location which was the best thing of the hotel. There is also a very good Cafe just near the corner of the street where the Hotel is.

Very friendly, good value hotel with helpful friendly staff. I had a lovely quiet room at the back of the hotel overlooking a delightful courtyard, very quiet. Clean towels every day, the location is superb, right in the centre of Berlin but with the feel of a quiet family run hotel. No frills, it is 3* so don't expect porters or swimming pools but a real gem. I would definately go back and have already recommended it to friends.

Excellent Hotel, very spacious room as we had young and older children with us. Very Central. Breakfast was very good, lovely dining room. I found the Staff at the Comfort Hotel Auberge very good and accomadating, very ill, I became ill and had to go to hospital while I was in Berlin. The Staff couldn't have been more helpful and when my husband came over they rearranged our rooms to help us out. Thank you to all the staff at Comfort Hotel Auberge

Very friendly, good value hotel with helpful friendly staff. I had a lovely quiet room at the back of the hotel overlooking a delightful courtyard, very quiet. Private parking behind the hotel was wonderful since I had a rental car and wanted to ensure it stayed safe. The staff was very helpful during my stay and the breakfast in the morning was varied enough to meet everyone's tastes.

The hotel staff were excellent, any questions were answered and thehotel was decorated beautifully. Cleaning staff tidied our room each dayand supplied us with new towels, toiletries when necessary.

Hotel was had very modern and stylish interior. Staff were very helpfulland friendly, we asked them to book a local restaurant which they werehappy to do. Room was very nice with comfortable bed. Very quietlocation with uban stops very near hotel. Hotel is located between twouban stops, spittlemarkt and markisches museum however it is possible towalk to many sights such as the fernsehturm in about 15 mins. Locationwas very good near museum island and Alexander platz. Great shops northwest of Alexander platz around the weinmeister uban. I would deffinatelyrecommend this hotel to others and I intend to stay there again.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff atthe Park Plaza, Wallstreet hotel in Berlin for such a wonderful stay inthis most fascinating of cities. Although an executive room was bookedfor our stay, we discovered that all of the executive rooms had beenallocated to other guests on our Saturday night arrival. We were givenanother room for the Saturday that was just as nice.Your receptionstaff couldn't have done any more in apologising for the mistake andreally went above and beyond in ensuring we had the best stay for therest of the week, they are a credit to the day to day running of hotelPark Plaza.

This is my second visit to the hotel. The hotel is still great in location, price and design. This time we have booked the smaller room. Mistake. I suggest only booking the medium range and higher. Also this time I wanted to use the gym, as I am doing sports very seriously. The gym is not really a gym. it is very small , no running machine and the worse thing - it smelled horrible from wetness and there is no proper ventilation in the place. It is not maintained properly. Also there is no music in the gym, only german channells. I was very disapointed from this and it caused me big disapoitment. I trully love this hotel and therefore it is hard for me not to recommend it - so If you are looking for doing sports on your time of travel this hotel is not appropriate and dose not provide the service... For all other travellers, the hotel is great . I am not sure if I will book it next time or not .

We had a wonderful 6 night stay early August11 at the Berlin Marriott. Everything in the hotel appears new and modern, a quality Marriott. We had deluxe double room on 4 floor. Nice size with large bed, good bathroom, bath and shower, and all necessary room amenities except tea and coffee making. Aircon is efficient and quiet and window opens for fresh air. Minimal traffic or street noise with window closed. Plenty of English language news channels + eurosport. We didn't bother with hotel breakfast at expensive E30 ph as large choice of coffee and eat places around hotel, train and shopping plaza at E5 ph. Hotel restaurant Midtown grill excellent E125 for 2 with 2 course + drinks. Wonderful location for tourist in Berlin, minutes to station, walk to many key attractions. Spoilt for choice of restaurants and bars within 5 mins. Good gym, pool, sauna.

We loved this hotel. We were only there for 1 night but we would haveloved to stay longer. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walkfrom the Brandenburg Gate and tons of other attraction. Subway station,coffee and food were all basically at the doorstep. The staff could nothave been nicer, the room was great and the swimming pool was a hugeplus for my daughter. Not one complaint!

Nice location, just 2min.walk to the subway station. And we could see the Brandenburger gate and the parliament from the street in front of the hotel. Room was large enough to relax and very clean. The receptionist was so kind and gave much information about Berlin.

I thought that the service was excellent and very friendly. The hotelwas beautiful and well maintained. I would hav e wanted the hotelpackage to include breakfast at no extra cost. Its proximity to cafesor other options for meals was not convenient and therefore breakfastand coffee or tea should have been included in the rate.To pay forthese separately was too costly. Otherwise I would say that the hotelwas perfect.

The fantastic welcome from the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very knowledgeable and helped with suggestions that made our holiday perfect. Every aspect of the service was superb - we were made to feel like very honoured guests. The building is wonderful - superb public rooms and a feeling of calm and space. Fantastic breakfast service. A beautiful pool and spa area - simple but with a wonderful design. While not a central location it was great to have a reason to come to Grunewald which is a lovely area which visitors to Berlin might miss out on - and the very easy transport links made this an excellent holiday location.

I stayed for two days at a clean, convenient and cosy apartment. All appliances (kitchen, fridge, etc) functioned properly and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartments are close to the Underground stations and near Potsdamer Platz. Last but not least, the reception desk proved very helpful not just for my accommodation but even for my visits around the city!

The hotel apartments are nice and clean, with everything you need fo this city trip to Berlin. Superb restaurant choices within a 5 minute walk and very good transport links to all the main sites. Local bike hire is available which is great for Berlin as its a city that really is great to cyle around with cycle lanes everywhere.Overall the apartments were good value with a great location, also the staff on reception where very useful in giving us tips on buses, trams and restarants ect...

The apartment is located in a good central position near U-banh stations and even if the nearest was closed for works we had no problem to reach the next in ten minutes walk. People are friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and we got the instruction how to get into the apartment. The apartment was silent situated into an internal courtyard protected from street noises. We enjoied our stay would have no problem to repeat the experience in case of further holidays in Berlin

We stayed at the apartment Great Home Berlin 2 as a group of 4 on a StagWeekend. An excellent location within easy walking distance to all majorBerlin transport links - there is an Underground station on the junctionoutside the apartment - and for the clubbers among you is a 60 secondwalk from Tresor and a 30 second walk from Sage (for the Kit Kat Club!).There are several take away restaurants and plenty of shops to stock upon beer within a minute or so walking distance. The accomodation iswithin a block of residential flats and was clean and spacious. Theliving area had a sofa, tv, dining table and kitchen area was wellstocked and just right for a long weekend stay. The bathroom was wellstocked with towels and essentials on our arrival. There are 2 doublebedrooms and a further room with 2 singles. The room was clean and comfortable. Furniture was nice design. This Hotel very suited to stay groups and families. It was excellent value for money. I want to stay in this hotel next time. The staff was very friendly. If you stay this hotel, you might keep in contact with staff about check-in.

The hostel staff were really friendly and the atmosphere at the hostel was very good. Location is perfect if you would like to stay in the trendy neighbourhood Prenzaluer Berg, at walking distance from the centre.

We booked a room for three persons. The hostel has a good quality/price ratio and is located in a very nice and calm neighbourhood. Although the bathroom wasn't ensuite, it was very clean and tidy.The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

This more like a hostel and not a hotel or inn. The furniture in theroom was really old and squeaky. The bed made noises when you move andthe mattress was really not comfortable. The rooms are located in astrange industrial style building which is poorly lit at night. Thestreet around the buildings are very loud and has lots of traffic. Inshort I would not stay there again.

I like Pension maximum. My room was very good, beautiful, big. Pensionmaximum is near of S-station. It is direct line of the Berlin centre.

Relatively cheap pension, 5 minutes from S-bahn station. No problem with late check in at night, after previous e-mail to the owners. The owners were quite friendly.

We just loved this hostel. The location's great (just 2 min's walk from Ostbahnof, and a few min's walk from Berlin's trendy east end and its many galeries and night clubs, e.g. Berghain / Panorama bar). The decor is crazy- it's like travelling in time and transporting yourself 30-40 years ago into some soviet communist country. Appreciated the fact that the wifi was free, and they also had a bike rental (the couloured retro bikes made us look so cool :) ...thanks, and see you soon again! xx

The placement near Ostbahnhof and the East Gallery (the Wall) and theSpree. It was excellint in according to the price. It was very quieteven if it was near Ostbahnhof. The bed was very well and I sleeptimmediately. The room was on the 4 th floor so the window was open 24hours. I felt the real ddr atmosphere ;) I thought that the bathroom was inside the sleeping room but it was beside the room - even if that batthroom was for private use. Parking area near the hostel was to prefere, and not on a street outside the hostel. This I couldn't read from the description of the Hostel.

The design of the hostel is really awesome, we had a working 70iesradiola in our room and the sound quality could put to shame thecontemporary versions! Mind that the furniture is really authentic andthus slightly smelly (30 years and running is no joke), so are thebooks, but the linen and towels are perfectly clean, so are the floorsand everything. The wayback machine is working perfectly! The hostel (wehad a room with a separate bathroom inside the room itself, not outsidelike others) is very convenietly located at the Ostbahnhoff, takes about7 minutes of very slow walking to get there, there is also the Lidlsupermarket next to the hostel building, with decent salads and whatnot.There is no elevator so if you are lucky you might not need to drag yourluggage all the way up to the sixth floor, but after all it is a hostelthat is situated in a real apartment building with people living in it:) Overall a very positive experience for those who managed to catch theglimpse of the soviet li

there is no hostel comparing like gay hostel, its gay only definitely in the gay neighbourhood of schöneberg. its easy to make new friends while staying cause all of the guests are around your own age, more like a youth hostel. i ll be back for sure. thank you gay hostel.

From check in to check out, weather it's constant partying or just a bitof Berlin night life, 59 years old or 19 years old: the gay family oftoms is just the experience I love. The staff are super and helpful. Theguests are 95% social and always interesting. After a couple days inthis hostel you'll have made friends from all around the globe that youwill see again. Im coming back for sure! Go Toms gay hostel.
