Located in a small town and it was very quite. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was very nice. Internet and parking were free.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional - standard German breakfast fare, but all top-notch ingredients. The hotel is next-door to an excellent restaurant with seating on a rustic courtyard. The hotel is located on the main street of the oldest part of the town, inside the original town wall, still marked by a cobblestone street that encircles the town-center.

The hotel is well located in the city center and is easy to reach by busor by train. It has a very charming decor, the rooms are nice, with goodviews, clean & tidy. The breakfast is good. The staff speaks English,which makes all the difference in this region. What I and my friendsthink it was different at this hotel was the friendliness andhelpfulness of the staff and the attention given to us as guests. Theywere tireless in helping us in everything we need in our stay inBeelitz. Thanks for the great stay! Obrigada!

Responsive staff in making sure I got a room with airconditioning (not all rooms have it) and they helped me change (shorten) my reservation with booking.com without penalty (though they initially acted like this was going to be too difficult and threatened a penalty if I shortened my stay). Housekeeping staff were great. WiFi works well, but you have to enter a code (ramdom letters and numbers) every time you use it which is annoying.

Very sympathetic hotel almost in the city centre, very close to public transport´s station. Even though the building stands on a busy street, the fact that the hotel is situated in it´s upper floors make it calm. The personnel was kind and helpful, our room clean and comfortble. For it´s price, Berolina is absolutely excellent, ideal for those who want to explore Berlin on their own and want to have their pleasant base there at the same time.

Look... You get what you pay for. This is a no frills hotel that is'what you see is what you get'. No complaints. The staff was wonderful,the location was perfect, the room was clean. The shower head was brokenand we didn't know you had to 'turn on' the hot water heater, butbesides that it was fine. Don't buy breakfast, too much consideringthere are so many cafe/restaurant right outside the front door for halfthe price. Also internet didn't work on 4th floor, but as I said 'youget what you pay for' :)

We had a very good time and the apartment was perfect for us. The location couldn't be more central. All atractions are very close. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. The decoration is beautifull and modern. The Wireless Internet was perfectely working. The little kitchen was very modern and had everything one needs to feel like home. The bathroom is very small, but everything is completely new and clean and of high quality. The checkin person was punctually and very helpfull and explained everything to us.When we come back to Berlin, we will definitively stay again in this apartment. Absolutely recomendable!
