Like location of hotel not far from center, lovely view from balcony ofriver and park. Room large and comfortable and nicely decorated.

The staff and the hotel were brilliant, I stayed with my younger son 15& we were visiting my older son (who was on rnr from afghan) and mygrandaughter (she is german) and this hotel was superb....I Willdefinately go there again

Very convenient for visiting Safaripark Hodenhagen and VogelparkWalsrode. Lovely, clean and fresh-looking rooms, good breakfast and veryfriendly staff. Nice park-like surroundings. The hotel is in fact threedifferent houses: So you may be given a room in the summer house with ariver view and very quiet or you may be given a room in the front housewith a view and the noise of the main road. They also have a really goodIndian restaurant in the hotel. Altogether, staff take very good care oftheir guests.

This is an absolutely fanatastic hotel in Fallingbostel. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. We had exclusive use of the (large) swimming pool and sauna located below the hotel. This really made the stay so much better for us. The hospitality, parking facilities and breakfast were excellent. This is the best place to stay in Fallingbostel, without doubt, (apart from Wessex Kaserne, where I used to be based with the British Guards Armoured Battalion). We will return next year to Haus Petersen because we enjoyed our stay so much.

I stayed in the hotel for 1 night to visit Vogelpark next day. We were 4adults and 1 children (13) and wanted to find nice hotel in smallertown, with swimming pool, somewhat romantic and not very expensive. Allratings of very positive feedback set the Haus Petersen on the top ofthe list. I was afraid to set too high expectations, therefore wassurprised to see this hotel fully met my expectations and more. Verypolite and welcoming personnel, excellent swimming pool and saunafacilities, perfectly clean. Breakfast was just fine, dining room - verynice. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

We went to Fallingbostel as our son (who is based at the British Armycamp there) was receiving his Afghanistan tour medal along with the restof his unit. Haus Petersen did not disappoint - lovely place and verycentral. We sadly did not have time to sample the indoor swimming pooland the sauna - hopefully next time! We will definitely stay at HausPetersen if we go back to Fallingbostel and hopefully it will be in thesummer - lovely south facing garden and, despite being very central,only a small open field between the pension and the river. Lovely placeand lovely owners - I strongly recommend it.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful and very willing to try to understand my poor knowledge of german language. The food was good and very good value for money (portions were very generous!) I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

A very calm atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel very relaxed anda feeling of being 'At Home'. The location of the hotel was very closeto the countryside and in a very quiet location. The room was very cleanand comfortable. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable.

Very close to Luneberg Heath which was the focal point of ourholiday.Special interest in Fallingsbostel and Walsrode where our guestspent her childhood. Interesting to compare features of these placeswith 40years ago. We enjoyed the comfort of the hotel as well as itslocation, excellent food in the restaurant and very pleasant staff.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and found thestaff very helpful, the room large, clean and comfortable and BadFallingbostal is a great location to base youself whilst exploringthe surrounding countryside and nearby Hanover city with its greatcity centre

My wife and I were visiting our son who is serving in the army in Fallingbostel and we found the hotel very comfortable, well appointed, in lovely grounds and with friendly, welcoming management and staff. We would certainly stay there again and would recommend the hotel highly.

We found the hotel staff friendly and helpful, our room was large, very clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice, we really enjoyed it. The hotel is ideal situated just a short walk into the town centre. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hortel.

The hotel was lovely with very friendly and helpful staff! Room was big,beds were comfy and shower room in room. Hotel vary fair in price too! Breakfast was a continental buffett,good varity to choose from?

The hotel is beautifully located on a large estate; the nearest road is about 500m away. There are several old farm buildings. The hotel is in one of them, which has been 'transformed' with taste and great respect for the use as a hotel. Another building is used as a restaurant, which offers very nice food at very moderate prices.

Spacious accommodation, really, this is more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Fitted kitchen with full hob, kettle, fridge. Superb breakfast for 7 Euro.

Very friendly family business with plenty of parking space outside,which can be a problem at some Pensions. You are given a front door keyso you can come and go as you please, even late at night which is veryconvenient. The room was very large with a small but more than adequate kitchenette and a bathroom off the interior hall rather than the bedroom itself, which was a much better arrangement than more expensive hotels I've stayed at. Very quiet at night and the heating worked well and the water was always hot! All the rooms were quite large and the breakfast room was warm on cold mornings which was much appreciated. Typical German breakfast fare and plenty of it which was a good start to each day plus excellent coffee. Only one minor problem was that the curtains in our bedroom were slightly too small for the window and should, I think, be replaced with wider ones ... unfortunately I forgot to mention this before we left and it certainly didn't detract from what was an otherwise
