Clean hotel, good location for metro, very pleasant staff at reception. rooms fairly small, but that is normal for this price accomodation in paris. I would use the hotel again.

Reception staff were very helpful , ideal hotel for people wanting to visit paris and not spend to much on accomodation. located a few yards from rue de bolets metro station so very close to central paris and half hour by rer train to disney. although disney was a disapointment disney in florida is much better.

I found this to be a great little hotel. The rooms were small, tho’ this is normal in small Paris hotels, but very comfortable and clean. There was free wi-fi throughout the hotel which was a huge bonus as I had a small amount of work to do and Eurostar bookings to make. There is a sm.

Hotel staff was very helpful and understanding. In fact, when we needed to extend our stay, they accomodated us readily and when it seemed like there was going to be no room for us, they assisted us in looking for a nearby hotel. Fortunately, a hotel guest cancelled in the last minute and we remained in the hotel for the remainder of our stay in Paris.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an excellentlocation right across the road from Jardin des Tuileries and 2mins walkfrom Concorde Metro station. As centralParis hotels go, it was pretty good value.

The hotel is located where the Tullerie gardens meet the Place de la Concorde, a perfect location in Paris. The hotel is also located among lovely shops and restuarants. The hotel was quiet, meaning that I could not hear noise from the other rooms. There was also a small refrigerator in the room.

Hotel’s people were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English, which was a great relieve, since it was our first time in Paris. hotel is very small, rooms are tiny, but relatively clean. Good for short visit, if you don’t spend much time in the hotel. Location is perfect, 5min walk to the nearest metro, and 5 min later you are in the center of the city, walking distance from La Marais with excellent restaurants.

We recently stayed at The Castex Hotel. The front deck personnel were so helpful, pleasant, eager to answer questions and make reserversations when we asked Speaking ENGLISH was never a problem. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is about to visit Paris - an excellent *** hotel. Phillipa - New Zealand.

A very nice stay at the Castex - the hotel is in a fabulous location for the Marais very close to Bastille and major sights. Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Due to a general blackout in Paris we had no hot water one morning and the hotel offered a free breakfast to compensate - much appreciated given it wasn’t their fault.

While Paris is an extremely expensive city for hotels, Villa Madmeincluded, this was a very pleasant boutique hotel in a terrific part ofthe city. Clean, modern, plenty of space (executive level). Staff pleasantand helpful. Definitely recommend.

Of course the mood you are in when you check into a hotel is always important, The location is a given since your initial choice is based on that but the accommodations and the people who work there make the hotel. We had the delightful surprise of getting a very comfortable and beautiful room with a lovely private terrace in this hotel with the most delightful and helpful people like Nicholas and Camille and Frederick. We discovered so many places to wander, eat, shop, and photograph. We have recommended Villa Madame to all of our friends who are on their way to Paris.

Having thoroughly read up every Internet review I could find on all the4- and 5-star hotels in Paris, I chose a La Villa Madame because itseemed the only hotel without serious flaws.
