Near to the park and not noisy. nicely equipped and good for the price. Very homely,clean hotel with nice breakfast. Good location.

This is a very good hotel, only 2 minute walk from the Metro Station where you can take M1 right into the heart of Paris and reach most of the famous places like Arch de Triomphe and the Louvre within 15 minutes.

Friendly staff, location ideal due to subway close to the hotel, without being in centre of Paris. Quiet room. Breakfast room was small, however this was already mentionned on this site. Will stay again in this hotel next time.

This is a very good hotel, only 2 minute walk from the Metro Station where you can take M1 right into the heart of Paris and reach most of the famous places like Arch de Triomphe and the Louvre within 15 minutes.

Good location just north of the beautiful Chateau de Vincennes, and very close to Metro, in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient local shops (bakery/coffee places) and a convenience store. Parking space available in front of hotel (free from 5:30 pm till 9:00 am next day), as well as free 24 hour parking behind the Chateau de Vincennes about 400 meters south of the hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance to the last stop on metro line 1 and the RER stop Vincennes (about 5 minutes maximum), as well as to a shopping street where there is a Monoprix among other stores and restaurants. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable (free WIFI is a plus). I chose this place because my meetings were nearby. I wouldn’t necessarily choose this hotel to visit Paris--- it is definitely possible to find hotels more in the center within this price range.

I chose this hotel for my elderly parents who were visiting me from theus. The price rivaled that of other hotels in Vincennes. The hotel wasperfectly located near my apartment and the Metro Line 1 station. She went above andbeyond the call of duty to make my parents’ stay pleasant).

Value for money. I booked a room for 3 people for 2 nights and was quite satisfied with it. The hotel is next to the street hence bit noisy as we opened windows for fresh air. But I hope if you are going there for exploring the city you are tired enough at night and won't hear them after 5 min lying at your bed. The service was good: they changed the towels after the first night however I feel the bed-sheets were the same (no complaints). Metro Station (line: M1) is next to the hotel, so a very good connectivity to the Paris City-center. One can reach Châtelet (central station) in 15-20 min. & Tour Eiffel in 30 min.

Having read some of the comments, we were not too sure what to expect.We were met at reception and were registered quickly and given our room. The room was very basic, but clean and the bed linen was spotless and crisp.The bathroom was brand new, great shower and plenty of hot water. Some light sleepers may have a problem from about 6am when the bin truck and street cleaners come around.Staff very friendly. The area withing 5 minutes walk has lots of good eating places. Many run a happy hour bringing the beer to Irish prices. There are lots of good shops also and the metro line 1 is a very short walk from the hotel. Area was very safe .Elevator only accommodates one at a time. The reason we stayed there was that we couldn't find another room for 4 nights

The room was absolutely lovely, even in the summer, without airconditioning, I was still comfortable enough to sleep at night- veryimpressive. But the best thing was the staff. My french is barelymediocre, and although their english was not much better, they workedwith me to understand and help us out. When we wanted to print ticketsto an attraction the attendant helped me email the tickets to myself onhis computer, access it and print it, and even when the technologywasn't working, he was very calm and understanding and incrediblyhelpful. Similarly, when we got locked out of our room after the deskhours, when we knocked the attendant was still there, and gave us theother key to our room so that we could get home later that night.Despite their poor english, some of the most understanding and helpfulattendants I've ever seen.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities you would need. The dish washer was wonderful!. The area is very quiet. There is a supermarket, patisserie and boulangerie near by. A short walk takes you to the park and restaurants and cafes. the metro is only a 10 minute walk from the Regency. If you do not want to stay in a hotel but want the freedom of eating out but also staying in and cooking a meal, this is ideal. I would return the next time I would visit Paris as the metro takes you to the centre and sites.

The unit was very spacious and easily accomodated our family of 5. Having a fully equipped kitchen in the unit was great, and we made use of the nearby grocery stores and bakeries (all within a minute or two walking distance of the hotel). The staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke English. The neareest metro station was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel and provided direct and quick access to all the main tourist sites in Paris (Arc, Champs Elysee, Louvre, etc). I would highly recommend this hotel for families or people travelling in a group, as it provides excellent value for money.

Kitchen facilities, size of apartment, safe area. It is situated whereyou have to take a bus or walk over a mile to rer 25 minutes or 3/4 mileor 20 minute walk to metro. There is a bus that does the loop ofVicennes that you can catch.We thought it would be a perfect jump offpoint to Disney Paris or Paris, but you pretty much pay the same trainfare as in Paris and you have that long walk afterwards. We hadforgotten how far it was from station. There are only 2 stations thatservice this area. If you want to visit Paris spend the money onaccomodation, if you add up travel cost and time you lose at this hotel.Vicennes is a lovely area, and hotel is close to grocery stores. okplace if visiting Vicennes
