The only positive point was the fact that it is close to the metro station to go to the center of Lille.

The apartment was spacious and clean and anyone wanting to have the facilities of an apartment would appreciate staying here. I think the style of this hotel would appeal more to business men or the young and trendy, as it was functional, rather than cosy.

A very unusual place but from a bar restaurant position highly isolated. There is a bar on site but only food is a variety of ready meals. Eccellent for the business market working locally, but not a holiday hotel.

Fairly big room with a kitchen. Not far from the motorway but still on a quiet area. It was a very good hotel, for an easy stop over en route from our holiday to home.

This is one of the best hotels in the vicinity of LaM (the Lille modern art museum), already one of the outstanding European art museums. Villeneuve looks to be a great success as a new development, though my brief stay did not allow for much detailed exploration. I look forward to visiting some local villages next time. The Centre commer.

Hotel is in an excellent position for an overnight stop adjacent to N227 which connects motorways in Lille area. It was ideal for us to spend 4 nights as we were attending an event at Lille Metropole Stadium 1 mile away. Rooms were clean and all staff excellent.

Hotel had good parking facilities and free WiFi. A large modern shoppingcentre is just across the road with plenty of places to eat. If all youneed is a bed and somewhere to freshen up overnight it would be fine andthe sheets were clean.

The people at the information desk were really helpful. The room was pretty clean too. Was clean, simple and the staff were friendly and accommodating,especially Bernard.

Location was excellent - just a 3 min stroll to the centre. Breakfast was delicious and our room was spacious. We asked for a quiet room upon booking (as my wife is pregnant and needed her rest) and we didn't hear a thing on either night we were there. Parking was around the corner in an underground car park and cost 12Euro per 24hrs.

I didn't like anything at all, because I just found cockroaches in mybath when I arrived 11.45 in the evening , and I was pissed off but tootired to complain at the desk, and in the morning, after a difficultnight due to the noisy street and the very bad insulation, I had asymbolic breakfast (not even any kind of juice!!) for 8 Euro. I toldthat to the desk attendant, who were everything but surprised! It's acheap (99 Euro a night isn't so cheap at least, plus 11 for the parkingand 8 for the breakfast) hotel, close to the stations (which was thereason of my choice), but if you can choose another place, just do it!I'll never be back in this crappy place.

The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The location wasfantastic, a few minutes walk from Gare Europe, right next door to theentrance of the Euralille Centre and 10 minutes walking distance to thecentre of town and Xmas market etc. The hotel had everything you neededfor a weekend break, It was clean and warm with a nice lounge with freetea and coffee available and a fantastic view from the window over thecity of Lille. The breakfast was extra but that's common and there wasa good continental selection, the dining area also had a fantastic viewover Lille.
