Clean and silent, with expresso machine for good coffe in the room, verylarge and good bed. It was very easy to check in and the rooms are a good size.

The staff at the Reception was helpful and spreading very positive energy. Also, the standard room was spacious as to compare to typical rooms of this type in France.

We were in Paris for the Agricultural Show and this hotel is directly across the road from Hall 7 - perfect location. Brilliant having parking underground for the hotel and very easy to get to, being just off the Peripherique. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was comfortable. The studio apartment was good enough to accomodate the two of us. The kitchen was a boon. During our stay we were acquainted with only one staff member Mr. Vivian and he was very helpful and friendly. He guided us for our travel and let us keep our luggage in the reception on the day of our check-out which we picked up later in the evening. It is a good option if you are in city only for a couple of days and mostly travelling.

Nothing I should say as rooms are not maintained clean, say 1 bed sheetfor all nights, towels as well as, floors dirty as no cleaning at all,As example:for room s3 one normat upper berth bed (quiet noisy if youturns /stow during sleeping) and one extra bed(very small),how 2 peoplecould stay The day before I.E. 19/10/11, they did some maintenance andleft the room with all rubbish, we had to stay st night On other studio-they did some maintenance as water logging and tapping from the basinfinally stopped

The apt is decent location very close to supermarket carrefour and othersmall shops and a mc donalds and to a few nice local bars andrestaurants, and to the metro station malakof vanves a 4 minutewalk...so its easy to get to centre of paris in short time.it was an oldquirky building, the apt very small , bit of an musty smell as if no onehad been there for a while. T.v didnt really work, bed was fine,bathroom clean enough but also tiny. Kitchen facilties were good tho 2hobs,microwave,washing machine and a fridge...which can save you moneyif your on a budget. The local area is safe and quiet. You can ride themetro to cdg airport it took just under an hour ..I only paid 3.40euros.. Get to cite de universitaire and follow blue line to theairport...as appose to 45 euros in a taxi. Staff are based around thecorner at an office which is slightly unusual but they were friendlyenough and helpful when I needed to print out my flight. Overall ..decent value if your on a budget

It was very easy to come to Hotel from Paris,Centre. We enjoed15 min walk from Metro station to Hotel. Quiet, safety region even late evening.

The hotel is located in a calm area in Paris. The price is very good compared to the quality of the studio which is big enough for a couple or a small famillly with a child. It is new and well designed. I will go again.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area. The kitchenette was equipped with fridge, microwave, hob, sauce pans, frying pan, plates, cups and cutlery. No kettle. If you choose to stay in the Citéa Vanves, make sure that you travel from the station of Montparnasse to Vanves-Malakoff (4 mins journey) on the sncf network as the station is much closer to the hotel ( less than 10 mins walk) rather than the métro line.

The apartments at Citea are great value for money. There is also a supermarket located only a block away plus a cafe and a couple of restaurants. Not bad for a holiday or even for a business trip. I stayed there 2 separate times and was happy with it.

Advantages of this hotel are: good location (close to metro station,easy to travel, close to supermarket, good and nor very expensiverestaurants near the hotel), reasonable prices for the stay, garage forcar, good staff - helpful and english speaking; nice, cozy andcomfortable rooms (ours was perfect, with small kitchen - dont knowabout the others :)).

Nice hotel placed not too far from metro station (5 minutes walk), night bus (3 minutes walk), shop (2 minutes walk) and many restaurants. There is free wifi internet in the hotel, you can borrow hairdryer, print documents at the reception desk.

We surely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Was surprised to see 3 Star hotel this good I think it should be rated at least four star. The design was very elegant.

The only issue we had with this hotel is the location. At night we did not feel safe walking compared to other parts of Paris. Otherwise the hotel services and room are standard like other Novotel hotels. Good Value for money and room clean.

The hotel was nice and conveniently located, near shopping and flea market over the weekend. Hotel room were good and comfy, free internet, landline phone and movies. I would highly recommend this hotel for the price and location. Room are equipped with hairdryer.

The stuff is very responcive and friendly, what is unusual for 1star hotels. The hotel is next to the Bastille, so is the rel centre of Paris.

A bus stop to the city center is next to the hotel; metro is close as well. The hotel is near to the Pere-Lachaise cemetery and Place de la Bastille. Supermarkets are nearby. The room was clean, the hotel staff was nice.

The best thing about the hotel was for me its location. A short walkfrom a cafe where the food and ambience were outstanding, and an easywalk to the Metro, it ticked the boxes as far as my requirements wereconcerned. This hotel doesn’t pretend to be a luxury establishment, butit’s clean, comfortable and efficiently run.

The staff were exremely friendly and were excellent eith helping us whenever we needed it. I am only 17 and went with a friend of the same age. We had never been to Paris before, but felt perfectly safe and comfortable at that hotel. The room had everything you would need for a couple of nights and was very pleasant.

Just 5 minutes walking from the nearest metro station "Tolbiac" of Line No. 7 and this metro line can take you to most of the hot spots of Paris. The room is clean and free wifi is available at this hotel. When we left Paris, the receptionist (a young lady) help us a lot on making calls to different taxi companies to book a taxi to the airport.
