Lovely hotel in Golfe Juan that is very quiet but yet only a bus ride from all the activities of Cannes. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and you have easy access to the train to take you to anywhere in the south of france. Clean rooms and lovely breakfast it is our second stay.

The stuff was very friendly and the location very nice. Very quiet, butnot far away from the beach (10 minutes on foot), St. Jean les pines (7minutes by car), Antibes and Cannes. 100 meters from the hotel a verynice "boulangerie" ideal for breakfast! Free WiFi!.

Its a lovely hotel, we have been there several times and love it, quiet and really freindly and pleasant staff. We love staying there and the weather was fantaistic not a cloud in sight.

Great hotel, location and wonderful staff! The private garden is a jewel. The hotel is very clean, it’s obvious that the owners take great care of it. To me, it was barely noticeable in this hotel. I would strongly recommend it to anyone going to Nice.

Enclosed garden area. Myfirst 2 hotel choices were unavailable because of weekend, so we chosethe Villa V. I would recommend it, with a caution that one couldprobably do better at 175 Euros/night, including petit dejeuner, for acouple. However, I could be naive as to current hotel costs in Nice.

Superb, idilic hotel with beautiful private garden perfectly located in the city center. Very pleasent and helpful hotel staff. On my next visit to Nice I would certenly book yhis hotel again. Absolutely no complaints at all.

This hotel is on fantastic location,main square is only 5 min away (on foot),Promenades is 7-8 minutes away! Supermarket is across from the hotel, as well as Cafe de Lyon where you can drink great coffee ( 2 Eur ). The hotel have only 6 parking places in enclosed area (12Eur/night) and 2 parking places on the street in front ( free of charge) but if you coming arround 8 PM and all hotel parking places are occupied, you can park it on the street in front of hotel or behind hotel ( free of charge ) and until 9 AM your car can stay there free of charge. We will come again in this hotel!.

We can also – among many other – confirm this hotels excellent location, close to all interesting places in Nice. Our room (superior) on the 4th floor was great to. The hotels personal was very helpful and service minded. We can only recommend hotel New York.

Good location, a supermarket is very closer to the hotel where you can buy fresh food, water etc. The room is clean and price is good compared to other local hotels that I stayed for other nights in Nice. I will recommend this hotel to my friends for sure.

The receptionis offer me a car rental company and I rent a car for 4days 320euroand the check out time the car rental co told me put the car in the hotel and give the key to the reception and i did it but when i came bach to my country i check my account and they withdraw 846 euro and when i call tothe car rental they told me the car was damaged but i didnt do any thin with the car and when i told to the hotel they told me we are not responsibility the receptionis didnt recive any recipt and they offer me that car rental please becareful about the car rental and receptionist.

Myself and 4 freinds used hotel for weekend break. Location was excellent for everything and very easy to find from directions given by hotel staff. Liked the tea/coffee facilities in foyer as it gets you out of your romm and enjoy hotel more. would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel offered all I needed (breakfast, wifi internet, water and instant coffee all day long, all for free. The staff was very politeness, and the hotel and the room very clean. The hotel is placed very close to the port and only few minutes away from the beach. Although is not really in downtown, it is a very good choice for a vacation in Nice.

We found the hotel staff very friendly. The location of hotel very central. The staff were very helpful in accomodating us in extending our stay at our original tariff. One of the better smaller hotels we stayed in.

Nice, clean comfortable hotel not far from the main drag. All Nice hotels are overpriced, but this one was a relative bargain.
