The hotel is very pretty from the outside and very comfortable inside. The Hotel is in good position for all shops and resturants a very pretty place all round. Breakfast at the Hotel was excellent.

An excellent hotel in the centre of a very pleasant city Well appointed room and luxury bathroom. Waitress service at breakfast which is unusual. we had an excellent meal in the restaurant but it was quite expensive at a total of 170 Euros for 2 however that did include 2 cocktails and 2 half bottles of wine.

From the warm and instructive welcome by one of the owners on our arrival to the brilliant position from which to explore Colmar on foot, this is a hotel that I will have to get back to one day. Only about 6.50 euros from the railway station and you travel back 400 years, but with all the comforts of the modern age.

We stayed in many budget hotels and hotel chains in France for 10 days,1 night/hotel, this was our last night. We had the very best experiencein a budget hotel: much bigger room, real big bathroom, much betterfurniture with full size desk. Good reception, perfect parking, goodbreakfast, 3 vending machines, with even a frozen meal vending machinefor the late-arrivers :) Looks like this chain has 6 hotels in the area,will be definitely using it again. It was far the best of the 4 budgethotels chains visited.

Most people stay in a budget hotel because they are travelling and haveto stay somewhere, but that isn't in the above list. What did I like? just about everything, but to list what comes to mind, the unexpected bath, the local restaurants, the adiquate and clean room, the breakfast that included a hard cheese and two sorts of cooked meats and fresh coffee from a machine, not stewed coffee from a hot plate. Its a shame that they do not have a hotel near Calais where I had to stay in a very disappointing hotel. I can imagine that the room can be very hot in summer as you are advised not to open the windows because of insects. Perhaps a fly screen?

Excellent hot water. A pretty basic room for the price we paid. While it is out of the city centre, a bus (no 2) goes there from the Theatre. The bus does not operate on Sundays though so beware if you plan to stay there without a car!
