Staff were fantastic. Apart from being most courteous and efficientduring check in, when my partner asked him for directions to get toLille centre he printed out a Metro map and marked up the staions weneeded. He also gave her a Lille street map and showed her the areas tofind restaurants etc. , then he took us to the hotel car park to show usexactly where the Metro entrance was.

Nice hotel, helpful friendly staff and spacious room. Nice swimming pool and very close to the motorway, so excellent for an overnight stay when travelling. Also nice restaurant. Good value for money.

Altia Hotel would be ideally suited for those travelling along the motorway and who stopped for a break for one night. Facilities were generally clean and the service in the restaurant was good.
