The staff were very pleasant. Its not a luxury hotel, but provided good comfortable accommodation with eateries near by. A magnificant dining venue called Angels and Demons in Toulouse aboy 9 euros by cab or can walk to it in 15 mins. Chapon and his wife are the owners.

Located just a few steps from Metro Station, Airport Suttle Stop, Taxicabs, and Parking. Hotel is conveniently located around the corner frommain Bouleverd with many reaturants. The hotel is old but clean. Bathroom in room is upgraded with a nice shower w/duche; hair dryer , acand wirless internet are available in room.

Excellent value. Ideal, central location for exploring Toulouse and its vibrant cafeculture. Direct transfer to/from Toulouse airport from outside theHotel. Planning to go back very soon.

We booked three rooms for two nights at the end of our holiday. We wanted to stay in the centre of Toulouse. The hotel was functional, everything was reasonable but a dated. We were given a sandwich, crisps and water - which for a family of six made a huge difference.

This was one of the few that offered good value for money - clean comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast, good in room facilities including tea making facilities and a fridge - and wi-fi that consistently worked. The hotel was only a 5 minute walk into the centre of the city. The staff were also multi-lingual which was a bonus!.

The interior of the hotel was beautifully and tastefully decorated. Lovethe rustic feel of the place and the mountain village setting. Didn’t eat anywhere else except at thehotel restaurant and the food was hearty and delicious, including a niceselection of dessert and teas! Would definitely recommend this place toanyone, and if I’m ever back, it will be back here. Thank you for alovely experience in Montsegur!.

Unfortunately I became severely ill whilst staying here (nothing to dowith the hotel!) and the reception staff were very helpful throughout,letting us use the internet to book a flight home, allocating us anotherroom for me to lay down in whilst we waited for the flight and advisingus and helping us with the map and where to find things. Hotel had wifiand the room was cleaned thoroughly to a high standard each day, and Iam sure the bedding was changed daily.

Hannah, the receptionist, was more than helpful and very knowledgeable about the city and helped us figure out the best direction to go for lunch and dinner (this was our first time in Toulouse). Our room was extremely comfortable and although we were there for only 1 night we will definitely stay at Hotel Albert whenever we are in Toulouse. The location is fantastic and the easy access to the airport bus made life very easy.

This hotel is close to the airport and within easy access to the main routes out of Toulouse. Some of the recent reviews on this hotel regarding the cleanliness scared us a bit but to be honest our room, although tiny, was clean cosy and did what it said on the tin. (However pillows instead of the sofa cushions would have been appreciated!) Although we were up early in the morning, even earlier that that we heard the hallway doors swinging which were a bit noisy for a while, but stay in a room in the middle of the corridor instead and you should be ok! The metro taking you direct to the c.

Room facilities were good - there was a kitchenette + utensils/cutlery,very useful to us as we wanted to cook for ourselves. It was also ideally located - ignore any comments about needing a car to get to the city centre, consult a map and locate the Arenes metro station. It’s only a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

We arrived late and only gained access because an existing guest let us into the reception area. I can’t remeber if the website explains that receptions amy be shut on a Saturday, or how apartments can be accessed when reception is shut. I was very impressed that a clearly addressed envelope with my name on it was easy to find next to the reception and we were able to gain access to our room. I was impressed with the facilities available in the rooms, especially for cooking - it is perfect for independent travelllers and I would recommend the apartments for anyone staying for a longer period.

This is a basic hotel in a good location in Toulouse. It had a little kitchenette. Although verysmall, it was fine for us for 2 nights and was very clean. The parkingwas easy to use, secure and convenient.

The apartment was well appointed with a great layout. It was newly refurbished and clean with good facilities in both the apartment and the hotel. Close to a great Sunday market and relatively close to the station. It’s a great place to stay at.

The hotel room very nice. The hotel is 45 mins walk tocentre. But the tram is rite across the road which takes you to metro in2 mins and the metro takes you all over Toulouse. 60 EURO,the hotel is 10 mins to airport 11. We had a lovely time at the hotel. Not much to do nearhotel so will need to travel in to centre.

The hotel has thought of everything - free parking, free wifi, swimming pool with towels supplied, plenty of electrical points in the room (often an issue in many establishments), excellent lighting options, quality furniture and fittings, great kitchenette & bathroom, food & beverage dispensing machine in lobby, list of nearby restaurants, etc. Enjoyed overlooking the race course. This is our first experience with the Residhome hotels and we’ll definitely be looking to stay at this chain of hotel again.
