Hotel staff very friendly even down to a member of staff giving one ofour group a lift to the town which is a quick taxi ride hotel was cleanwhile a stay signs of work begin done on the hotel but didn’t effect usat all Good size room free internet no complaints.

Great hotel in a good location for travelling to south of france. Very friendly staff. Rooms very clean, despite the hotel being extended at the time of our stay. Hotel were more than happy to provide a baby cot at no extra charge.

We were a bit concerned when we arrived as it was raining. We couldn’t get into the hotel and there were no other cars about. a giant bone on the grass outside and building work was going on due to hotel extension being built,. However,after a while,the hotel owner arrived and was a very pleasant man. He opened up and the hotel was quite delightful. but friendly dog ! )the hotel was Clean,friendly and the room was very good for the money paid.

This is a standard business hotel, located close to the motorway at Reims and a convenient distance from Calais for a night stop enroute to an eventual destination.Part of Accor hotels chain it is well managed

1. It was a convenient place to meet up with daughter, son in law and grandchildren. We were holidaying in France - they were visiting french grandma 2. We had stayed before and liked the hoel 3. The pool is great 4. Facilties for grandchildren excellent

The room was light, airy, clean and spacious, we had plenty of room fortwo adults and two young children. There was a separate toilet andbathroom and it was generally well laid out. A reasonable room for therate we paid and one of the nicer hotels in the area.

The bed is comfortable. The staff are very helpful. It is halfway between my home in the UK and my house in France. Also close to a hypermarket with the cheapest fuel on my route!! The Chinese restaurant is about a 100 yds away and offers excellent value and food.

We were very happy with the service, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and just right for a one night stay to break a long journey. The children slept very well too!! The restaurant opposite the Novotel was excellent and welcoming with perfect food for 4 year old and 2 year old!

The hotel is within walking distance of McDonalds and a reasonablypriced chinese restaurant. Also there is a large supermarket with thebest priced fuel on the route between Calais and Geneva. The price is very good and the cleanliness is far better than the other budget hotels in the area. I have tried them all!.

The hotel was conveniently located for a one night stop-over. The reception area and stair way were very light and brightly painted and the two staff I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were as expected for the price I paid but most importantly were very clean. I would certainly use this hotel again for a stop over.

In spite of being right on the main pedestrian area, it was pretty quiet at night. Beautifully decorated room with a nice, large bathroom.

Conveniently placed, comfortable, good parking. Hotel name has changed to Balladins. Quiet at night and comfortable beds. Good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is located to the north of Reims and was fine for an overnight stay, but I not for a longer stay. We arrived by car and there is free parking in front of hotel. I was told there was a bus service into Reims, although we didn’t use this. Check-in was fast and painless.
