The hotel employees are very friendly and always ready to help. In therestaurant, the food was delicious and the employees are attentive andthe service was just perfect! We appreciate the comfortable stay.

This hotel is a luxurious haven in the middle of the beautiful town ofSelestat. From the moment we arrived the service was superlative. Ourcar was taken and parked for us and our luggage taken to the roomwithout question. As for the food, it was of a very high standard. My only comment would be that the breakfast is rather overpriced for what was on offer, but could not be faulted in terms of quality.. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Majuscule just for one night. We gota special price of 39 euros which was great for the room/hotelstandards. Clean room (albeit a bit small), but big comfortable bed.Nice fresh towels, soap etc in the bathroom. Staff members were friendlyand relaxed but could have been a bit more informative.

It was an excellent location for me as a stopping point when travelling up through Europe. It was close to the main autoroute so a quick start in the morning and in a town I could explore when I arrived in the afternoon. The value for money was excellent and it had everything I wanted, wi-fi, safe parking and a resturant on the premises. There was a lovely outside seating area and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful both the chef and the lady at reception. I left my I-phone in my room when by accident and they even tried to locate me at a vinyard I said I was visiting to let me know. When they were not able to contact me they posted it to my UK address. The breakfast was the best I have had on my summer travels through Europe.

Great hotel experience, located just outside the pedestrian zone. The room was quite comfortable with two separate rooms for our quad booking (room 201). Parking was not immediately next to the hotel, but was about 150 meters away in the parking lot "remperts", just outside the city wall. The pedestrian exit from the parking lot passes through the city wall right next to the hotel. No problems with security at the outdoor parking lot and no issues with parking a van with a roof top box. Did not do the breakfast, but it looked good as we checked out. There are patisseres very close to the hotel.

Hotel La Diligence offered excellent location and local activity alongthe Alsatian Wine Route. The staff spoke English well and were veryhelpful. This hotel is more than a 2 star esatblishment. We wouldrecommend it wholeheartedly. Garage parking was even available.
