Friendly, efficient,quality,hotel which achieves a balance between modern facilities and charm. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, the two nearby restaurants provide quality and service that matches that of the hotel.

A pleasant location overlooking La Loire. No restaurant or bar facilityat the hotel but there are a couple of bars nearby & a goodselection of places to eat within a few minutes walk. The hotel bedroomwas 'individual' and very comfortable. The breakfast was quiteexpensive at 10 euros but was of an exceptionally high quality.

Country hotel with friendly owners on banks of the river. Had a roomupstairs with a view of the river, (called Louis xv), and it would havebeen possible to imagine he had recently stayed there! It was clean, butdated, and these days an antique bed measuring 4’6" by almost 6’ doesn’treally make for a good nights sleep - for my wife and I anyway! Norestaurant, and an average breakfast, although the restaurant directlyopposite the hotel overlooking the river was very good. Short drive intoSancerre would have found more evening choice I’m sure.

Nice surroundngs, sancerre. Great food in thehotel. The small village where the hotel is situated was nice. The food was good but expensive.

We stayed in a lovely newly apointed en suite room in this new hotel in the heart of hte village which is famous for its Sancerre wines and Crottin de Chavignol cheeses - nearby Sancerre is a delightful hilltop town.

A charming small hotel/restaurant in a little village very close toSancerre. Rooms have been individually decorated to a high standard,staff are very helpful, and both bistro and restaurant serve excellentfood. We would happily return.

Location in the wine country of Sancerre, France; from this hotel youcan tour many wineries, see the vineyards, do wine tastings. Be sure todine at the nearby restaurant La Tour, one star from Michelin, which hasexquisite cooking, lovely dining room; a ten minute walk from the hotel.

A great hotel for a short stay in Sancerre. Nice and clean and great value for money. Would defiantly recommend, in fact I already have to friends also on holiday in France. They loved it too !.

The setting is fantastic, on the steep hillside on the approach to Sancerre. The valley side of the building has enormous views of the famous Sancerre vineyards and countryside and the sunsets can be terrific. There is a small swimming pool below the hotel, adjacent to a vineyard. The town of Sancerre is lovely, with several more restaurants and many wine sellers.
