This is a beautiful luxury hotel in a perfect location on the beach in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The service was extremely friendly and professional.

We arrived at the hotel 4 hours before check-in and they quickly prepared our room ready for us. We were met by a top class concierge on the road outside the hotel who parked our car and collected our bags. It is an elegant luxurious hotel without the rude self important staff that you often get at such hotels. The meal on the terrrace whilst watching the sun go down over the sea was a real hightlight of our honeymoon.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The hotel is situated in a perfect location & the restaurant &terrace enjoy magnificent views over the bay & out to sea. Breakfast isn’t such good value & we found it better to go out - thereare plenty of places close by. We hope to return to this hotel for alonger stay.

The studios are in a very pleasant residential area. We found a small supermarket about10 minutes away where we could buy basics. We didn’t eat in the hotelrestaurant but it looked very pleasant. We would ce.

Clean and comfortable room with lots of available parking. The parking area is gated and securely locked after 11pm. If you arrive before the hotel restaurant is open and you are hungry you can nip across the road to Big Mac!. It also has easy access to the main north/south motorway.

We have been going to this hotel for several years now as a pleasantstop halfway from our yearly summer trip from Belgium to Portugal andhave continued to come back because of the nice setting and excellentfood. The service in the restaurant is exquisite. All in all good valuefor money.

I needed a comfortable but inexpensive hotel to break the journeybetween my house in Extremadura, Spain and the uk, near Biarritz where Itake my dogs to get their passports stamped for Defra. This ticked allthe boxes, and it also has a good restaurant - I can’t go out lookingfor a nice place to eat when I have 2 dogs shut in my room! It has anice garden and pool at the back as well.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with willing staff to help. Breakfast was the usual continental type but with good quality ingredients including delicious Bayonne ham. Good, clean efficient bathroom with instant hot water and the use of a fridge in the room made the stay more enjoyable.

The garden room was beautifully situated with own private balcony/patioarea. This is a small family businesswhich we felt had the feel of a boutique hotel. Very impressed indeed. Thank you Agur Deneri.

The management went out of their way to welcome you and make you feel at home. the manager even assisted in parking my car in the very tight free hotel carpark. Breakfeast was typical french ie pastries fruit ,yogurt, cereal which was served on the terrace overlooking the port of St Jean De Luz giving one that holiday feel. All in all a value for money hotel for those on a budget.

The decor of the hotel was remarkably charming. Breakfast in the beautiful garden terrace was a perfect way to start the day. Management and staff were discretely attentive and helpful from our arrival until our departure. The hotel was very quiet and very comfortable meeting all of our needs.

The location of the hotel is perfect, both close to the beach and to the town centre. It isn’t super luxury but has a comforting cosiness that I liked. Our room was also a good size and tastefully decorated. I didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t coment on food but the town is full of amazing little restaurants.

It was just steps away from the beach and the town center and yet completely tranqil on a not so busy street. We thought the overall decor of the hotel very tasteful and the outside breakfast patio lovely. We recommend the hotel and would return. Next to Paris, it was our priciest stay in our month long trip but we felt it was worth it.

Overall really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The only downsides were that there was no parking despite this being included in the specs on the site and the ’garden’ of the garden room was a rooftop overlooking other buildings.
