The hotel has a free courtesy minibus to and from the airport every hourto the airport, or on demand from the airport. The rooms werewonderfully comfortable and clean. We had an excellent night's sleep anddelicious breakfast and dinner. The hotel is based near Cern and weenjoyed a fascinating tour there and saw all the exhibitions as well asenjoying a visit into Geneva.

Convenient shuttle to/from airport and cern. Helpful multilingualstaff, including English.Extensive (more American style) breakfastbuffet available for extra charge. Gorgeous views of the distant JuraMountains from the room we were in. Only hotel in our 15 night Europeantrip that included a bathtub. Lots of free onsite parking. Easy accessto major highways.

Check in was excellent. Staff very friendly. Good food. Very clean.Shuttle service needs to be looked at instead of having to phone thehotel from Geneva airport

If you’re going to visit cern this hotel is brilliantly located;otherwise the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. For Americans this hotel would be a Motel 6with an expensive restaurant. Having said that the meal was excellent,but quite pricey. The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous.

I have on International business for the last 30 years. This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at and at the price charged my company was ripped-off. It was clean in the room but shabby in all respects, it was not value for money - an awful experience. Avoid this hotel.

We used this hotel as our Geneva base. We were so impressed by the low price, good location and hotel quality that we ended up staying 3 nights instead of 1. Everything in the hotel feels brand new. Very easy to get to Geneva, the Jura and the Alps. Much, much cheaper than staying in Geneva centre- especially if you have a car.

The address is not good - the hotel is in a difrent place. We got lost abitt. The shutle was a difrent then we know. We have an earl fly fromgeneva . they said that we need to take a privet taxi 50 euro. The taxiwas on the time - but want 60 euro , we said to him no!

It was very well maintained and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They installed a special system so that I could use my Mac which had no socket to fit the hotel's internet connection by cable. It enabled me to work. The place is very silent too.

It is a cute hotel, conviniently located close to the train station. Itis excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean andcomfortable. I strongly recommend it for anyone wanting to travel toAnnecy on a budget.

I thought the food was excellent, both at breakfast and the set evening dinner. It's an easy walk into the centre of town. The garden would be nice in the summer, though massively overlooked by apartments.
