The courteousness and professionalism of the staff and the automatedcheck-in system. Location -just off the motorway, very convetient on a road trip. Very cheap as well.

This hotel is in central Paris close to the Metro. The rooms were goodand since we had hot weather 30deg c the aircon worked, so we got a goodnights sleep. The buffet breakfast was good value at €8. Would have nohesitation in recommending this hotel.

We got a free upgrade to the comfort room which was an amazing bonus. The room was very clean and the hotel is located in a quiet area. The tourist core of Paris is only a 20 minute metro ride from the station next to the hotel, not a problem for us as the rooms were very reasonably priced!.

Hotel room was clean, close to metro and train station. Room size is decent (I guess you shouldn’t expect a big room with the price you pay). TV is mostly in french with BBC and CNN. This hotel is sutible for those of you who visit the city and rest in the hotel at night.

The Royal Magda is perfectly located. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money for a Paris hotel in such a good location. We travel to Paris about once or twice a year and will be staying at Royal Magda in the future.

Hotel is situated in lovely place in central Paris, but it was stillquiet and undisturbed at night. Hotel admin staff was very helpful andfriendly. Money-wise its a good option and goodvalue. I would definitely return next time, very pleased with our stay!.

The hotel is located close to an Air France bus stop, which means that you can get to the hotel fairly easily and inexpensively from the airport by using the Air France bus. The hotel is also located close to a metro stop and to a wide range of restaurants. Although my room was located on the top floor, the air conditioning worked really well and the room was very clean. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the hotel staff, who helped me figure out how to get to various shopping and tourist destinations in Paris.

The hotel was very clean, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming, ready to satisfy anything we asked of them and very helpful with directions around Paris :). we had a wonderful holiday in Paris and most of it is thanks to hotel Gramont Opera!!.

This was our first trip to Paris and I was somewhat apprehensive about familiarizing ourselves with the French culture. The staff at the Hotel Gramont were exceptionally friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, eager to make sure we were comfortable, and answered our questions in a most satisfactory manner. The hotel is well located and near several major Metro and bus stops, easy walk to several museums (Louvre, D’Orsay, Opera Garnier). Our friendly staff recommended several non-touristy French restaurants which were very good and only a 10 - 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Brilliant! My wife and I spent 5 nights in the hotel on a leisure break to Paris. Superb staff! Friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient! I have stayed in many hotels over the years and have not encountered better reception staff anywhere! Great location in the Opera area, close to the very heart of Paris and surrounded by restaurants etc. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast the first morning but afte.
