Food in restaurant was very good, and affordable. Beds were comfortable. We had a family room that was pretty convenient, with 2 separate rooms. The city of Pithiviers has the most delicious cake made in France(called "Pithiviers").

All staff at this Hotel, without exceptions, from room aides until andincluding the General Manager, were absolutely fantastic. The cuisine is outstanding. The room was comfortableand the bathroom included all basic requirements. On a future occasion in the area we will definitely go back to this hotel.

It was mainly the staff. They were extremely freindly and helpful.Although we have communication/language difference, they were verypatient in explaining things with hand gestures. The waiting staff wereextremely wonderful as some spoke good level of english. They were justso willing to help.

Very comfortable and convenient. In the middle of typical french town,close to fontainebleu, upper loire, orleans and railway museum. Ithought the hotel book was very good and helpful, with lots ofinformation. Wifi available free. Good restaurant with a wide choice ofexcellent food. Very friendly staff. Hotel parking was full but freepublic parking outside.

The Staff were the Best thing about this Hotel, they were fantastic. hotel in a great location especially for shopping & cafes. very comfortable clean room, bathroom on the small side but okay. We would stay again without any hesitation.

I highly appreciated the wonderful new bathroom ! The room was lovely, I can only recommend the place.The staff is extremely curtious. - My highlight was the old elevator. It fits so lovely into the decor of the hotel. Keep it for as long as you can ! It is an absolute bijou !

Superb hotel! Downtown Orleans in a street for pedestrians (No problem to get here with your car, you have about 23 minutes to unload) and not very far from an underground parking. The elevator in this hotel is an attraction by itself and is wonderfully preserved. The room was newly decorated and has an excellent, almost "high tech" bathroom. Despite the downtown location, it is very quiet here. It was a joy to stay in this hotel. Receptionist very friendly and helpful, provided us with a lot of useful information. Breakfast is very adequate.
