My husband & I genuinely loved staying at this hotel! It is elegant,beautiful and charming, & the staff was phenomenal-everyone, from theconcierge (sylvan!) to the bar staff, reception and femme de menage waskind, warm, helpful and welcoming - they each went out of their way tomake our stay wonderful- we would absolutely come back to this hotel!.

The hotel is located in the city center of Nancy, oposite the Gare de Nancy train station with all major TGV and other train services. Despite being a city center hotel in quite an old building the insonorisation is good and I had no trouble sleeping. Not a vast choice of breakfast, but I never left the hotel hungry and the freshly squeezed orange juice was a blessing each morning. And a.

A good hotel for passing trough france, the location is not a dreamlocation, we stayed here one night, and then continiued our journey to the south of France. The rooms where very clean, we especially liked the fresh orange juice instantly pressed, something rare, even in expensive hotels you get fake orange juice.

It seems like a fairly new hotel, everything is new,or well kept. From the hotel its an easy walk of 10-15 minutes into Nancy center. We have been very satisfied with our choice of this hotel. The parking is 7 euros, but for those who wish to park free you can park near the hotel if you find free parking space.

This hotel is in a pleasant, quiet location yet only 10 minutes walkfrom the centre of Nancy and very near a Tram stop which takes you tothe centre and bus/train stations. The hotel staff were verywelcoming and helpful. The room was a good size and comfortable and itwas nice to have a fridge, kettle and microwave. This hotel suited usvery well.

The hotel receptionist was superb and couldn’t do enough to help, givingus locations and suggesting good eating places to dine and I would alsolike to say that she is the type of person I would like working for me. She is a credit to the Novotel chain and particularly Suite NovotelNancy Centre!.

The location and the hotel are stunning: you really feel transported into another century and yet, the hotel is modern and comfortable. We stayed in August, during a holiday, and we don’t know if this had to do with the fact that the hotel was extremely quiet. We saw other customers but didn’t hear anyone. The breakfast was very copious with bread, mini pastries, cheeses, yogurt, app.

Lovely hotel full of character situated in the nicest part of Nancy inthe old town. Very near to Place Stanislas (5-10 minute walk); near lotsof lovely cafés and restaurants; easy to pop back to the hotel duringthe day. Building is very quaint and rooms are very comfortable. Veryquiet location and lovely terrace to sit out and read a book weatherpermitting.

The hotel was located right next to the Cathedral in Nancy, and close to the historic and beautiful Place Stanislas. In an historic building, the hotel entrance hall and especiallly the beautiful spiral staircase, were a delight. Loved the stained glass window around the mirror. It felt luxurious and special.

The location of the hotel is convenient for paying a visit to Nancy. Theorigin of the hotel dates back over 400 years which gives it a nicetouch. Rooms at the frontare somewhat noisy. We were there during the weekend : lots of peoplegoing home (loudly) and cleaning the streets start incredibly early on aSunday morning.
