It is basic, but clean and tidy. I read many horror stories about hotelsin Cannes. All we wanted was to have a clean and tidy place for the nightsince we wanted to do sight seeing and would not spend much time in thehotel. The rooms are smaller than Novotel, butthey are not that small compared to so.

Top location,right next to to Cannes-Grasse railroad station, permittingto leave car behind at ample hotel parking lot and pick the traininstead. Walking distance to village center, shopping, church, and veryclose to golf courses. - Modern hotel with good facilities, elevator andample breakfast.

The staff was very nice and the location was incredible. Morning breakfast was really good. Hotel staff, Spacious room, train is next to the hotel, parking, andnice small village.

The swimming pool was well laid out, and a decent size Without it we would not have rated this hotel. We had a perfectly acceptable, but very ordinary, French meal from a very restricted menu. The breakfast, although advertised as a buffet is unreasonably expensive. Parking is good, and the hotel is situated outside the town, and you need to obtain directions before-hand as it is otherwise.

Quite a nice hotel. great view from the 8th floor we got ,had requested a back room cos of reviews i read said the front could be noisy cos of traffic but didnt get it. room was clean and tidy breakfast was fairly ok for the price. nice to have tea and coffee service in room and biscuits very nice would reccomend this as good hotel to stay in nice fairly centra,l to tram stop garbaldi that will bring you to gare thiers stop which is nearest stop to train stationand bus station is about 5 min walk.

We statyed at the hotel to spend a day in Nice and then to go by ferry to Corsica. Further the port is also within walking distance and it is very close to the old town. The personnel at the reception were very polite and helpful. There is free wireless internet within the hotel.

Very nice budget hotel with clean room (although very small) and friendly hotel staff. The location is good--about 15 minutes walk to the beach (nice fountains, gardens along the way so you won’t be bored), and 5 minutes walk to the bus station, where you can easily take the bus to the Nice airport.

My sister and our husbands were travelling with our 85-year-old mother and found the staff to be exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive (but not hovering or obtrusive). Despite the fact that it was a holiday weekend, Le Grimaldi had one room available and found 2 others at another hotel. The 2nd hotel was more expensive but we were charged the same rate as Le Grimaldi. The decor was sophisticated yet cozy, each room a bit diffe.

The hotel was in a good location for sight seeing, eating out or going to the beach. The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day to the highest standard. Our room overlooked a church on a side steet and was very quiet at night. I would certainly go back to this hotel and would recommend it to others who wanted to stay in a good, clean, quiet hotel in Nice.

The hotel is very charming, the rooms and beds are comfortable andbathroom was modern and very nice. They have a tiny elevator and ourroom was on the 4th floor, so we mostly went up the winding spiralstaircase - good exercise! Breakfast was included, nice continentalselection (you could also boil an egg if you want it), laid out withbeautiful crockery. All in all enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

Well we had plan to stay for 6 nights but this hotel being away from the conference venue for which we were Nice so we shifted to Le Gabian Hotel at Saint Laurent du var (just adjacent to our conference venue). However, they need to improve cleanliness aspect as we found lot of mosquito and rooms were not well ventilated. Another thing was the compactness of room ; too small. Anyway a good experience.

A minute walk from the Nice Int. airport ( I had a connection/flight in the morning) so I spent the night at this hotel so I could have time to have bfast and walk to the airport. The only negative was thier hotel shuttle was broken. The food was veery good and bfast bar was woth the 9 Euros.

Proximity to the Nice Airport. Very convenient for layover for early morning flight out of Nice. Close to Airport. Free shuttle bus to Nice Airport Terminal 2 just 200 meters away.
