The hotel is located near to lots of bars and restaurants which wasconvienent. The hotel room was comfortable and clean and quiet on anight, plus the garden was neat and tidy with enough loungers/chairswhich were in good condition. There was only a short drive to the mainhill walks and many actually started in Mont Dore so you didn’t need touse the car.

We chose this hotel as we were travelling through the mountains on ourway south. It very central right in the heart of Mont Dore and is inquite a grand building. It is rather dated and need of a lick of paintbut it did the job. Mont Dore is a quaint little place and I imagine itis bustling in winter.

The room was basic but clean and a good size, the bathroom was large andwell equipped. The hotel is right in the centre of the town and withfree parking.

The hotel, although smallish was absolutely spotless, the rooms were comfy and tastefully decorated all be it basic. shower was awesome, beds comfy and the room itself was lovely and warm which was ideal coming back from a day on the mountains! really impressed with this budget hotel. big thumbs up!.

Hotel is located in a tiny resort town surrounded by mountains; numerousother hotels line the streets and not much else. Town has a faded, has-been atmosphere, but seemed to be a draw for hikers. We had a nice mealin a nearby cafe with sidewalk tables, and there are some good fruit andvegetable vendors in other shops.
