The receptionst on the desk was very helpful. A Problem with the kettlewas dealt with immediately. Service in the bar and restaurant wasexcellent. Booking in took minutes and we were in our room in no time.

The room was very clean and tidy. There were a toilet, a shower, air conditioning and a TV - all clean and in good working order. The bed was comfortable. The room was quite small but big enough for one night.

This hotel was chosen by us for the close proximity to the ferry port,which was excellent and so straight forward. It was only a ten minutedrive away and we would definitely use it again for this reason. Alsothe supermarket Auchan Grande was only a 25 minute drive away.

We couldn’t find a hotel in Calais for an overnight stop beforetaking the ferry to Dover. This hotel had easy access to the motorwayand to Calais.

The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. There was a tv in the room with English and channels. You get free internet whilst staying in the hotel.

We were very impressed by the members of staff we met who were kind and helpfull, despite the language barrier( our french is not good) however their english was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, and provided all we needed. We will certainly use the hotel again if we stay in the Dunkerque area.

I have been using the hotel quite regularly with my family and friends and have always been entirely satisfied. Rooms are modest but clean, hotel manager friendly and keen to help if anything goes wrong (late arrivals, in my case).
