Our room was excellent; well above average size, comfortable, quiet with a good bathroom. The lady who looked after the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed for the restaurants, bars and shops of the town. We would like to stay there again.

It was on our route to the Alps which is why I chose it. The hotel didnot look like much from the car park but was better in side than out. Even though the breakfast costs extra it was well worth it as there as agood selection. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I arrived finally at the Hotel with my biking partner, after being delayed the staff were so good and waited up for two very tired B M W bikers Thank You.

My husband booked this hotel for me. Parking was easy and not too far from reception and although not covered I was happy to leave a heavily loaded car in this charming little village. I was staying on my own but was made to feel most welcome in the dining room. Dinner was very good, to get an "excellent" from me in France would take a little more, but by UK standards it was "excellent", as was the service.

I’m used to stay at Parenthese as it is ideally located to permit us to visit my family in the Jura region. We are always welcome, rooms are very comfortable and the situation of the hotel grants both calm and vicinity to a middle sized town (Lons-le-Saunier) thus permitting shopping if needed.

Breakfast was good, cat was lovely. Rooms were very clean, setting is lovely. Friendliness and helpfullness of staff during approach and throughout stay.
