A very pleasant hotel with attentive and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was especially appreciated and very good value. We showed us ildren in the above questions. This did not quite identify us as we were grandparents travelling with our eldest grand-daughter who is to be confirmed next year and has thought of Therese as a Confirmation name (as has my wife) so the trip was more in the way of a mini pilgrimage.

The restaurant serves good food and the hotel staff members are helpful. When the minibar in my room was not working, the hotel staff replaced it within an hour. There is plenty of parking and my room was quiet.

This hotel was really value for money. The room was very spacious andthe food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were very friendly.

The room was comfortable with 2 large single beds. The double glazing kept out most of the noise considering the hotel was in the centre of town. There was an annual animal market on opposite the hotel involving hundreds of chickens, ducks etc but the noise did not permeate the room. bread croissants, fruit, yoghurts etc was excellent.

Excellent location opposite Cathedral with parking on their car park. Well placed for walking this small city. Shops and eateries nearby, also Tourist info and post Office. Was very interested in Saint Therese’s life there and didn’t have time to visit all the sites connected with her, so will definately need to return to Lisieux in the future and would stay with Best Western again.

Good location near main train station. Nothing wrong with the hotel at all. Very good location if you need to catch the eurostar. I would stay at the hotel again but not in that area.

Once in Lisieux it was easy to find the hotel which is on the Paris Road behind the town’s McDonald’s. Therese de Lisieux’s family home and Carmel Convent from here by car. We had a nice stay in the hotel and in Lisieux. There was good parking outside and it is only two and a half hours away (by car) from Cherbourg port.

It's quite basic (e. Ideal for a one night stopover on our way to the Vendee. In the evening we ate at the Campanile Hotel opposite and received a 15% discount by showing our Premiere Classe reservation documents. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel, we went over to the L'Eclerc supermarket right next door and ate at the cafe there much more cheaply.

It is an economic class hotel that offers a quite nice week-end stay. Their rooms are clean and as confortable as expected for its category. If the low price doesn’t allow too many expectations, this hotel is yet a good affaire.

We stayed at the Hotel while visiting St.Terese's birthplace/home (highly recommend that pilgrims visit her home-Les Buisonnettes),basilica,church of her youth,etc.The hotel is downtown,within walking distance of the above.Clean,comfortable,helpful staff.Not too fancy.W/in walking distance of train station.Breakfast not included.Good stay for the price(there were three of us).Would use this hotel again.

The staff were fantastic, Couldn't have made us more welcome fromgreeting us and making sure we found the hotel car park to arranging forthe restaurant to stay open a little later.

Close walking distance to Bailica and other major sites. Terrificdining in the hotel restaurant for reasonable prices. Breakfast wasgood if not great.

We were using the Hotel as an overnight stop on our way south and for these purposes it was fine. The booking and checking in process was very effcient and your staff were friendly and helpful. The meal in the restauarnt was very pleasant.

This is a pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Lisieux and is very efficiently run. Good Service, Small but comfortable room. Good Restaurant.
