Although the hotel rooms matched with the 2 star grading the food served for the half board option was gourmet. Staff very good. Lounge and bar facilities excellent as was dining room. good breakfast.

The location of the Bel Alpe was excellent. The staff were all courtious and obliging. The food on the "half board" menu was very good although no choice of menu but any food preferances/allergies were catered for.

Very friendly (funny) and helpful staff. Great atmosphere within the hotel, very cozy. 3 minute walk from the ski lifts. Nice view of the slope from our balcony. Ski storage room. Good location within the town, close to lots of shops and restaurants

The hotel is in a good location in the centre of the village, close to ski lifts, shopping and other facilities. The hotel rooms are clean and warm and the food served is very good. All the staff are friendly and made us very welcome.

We stayed at the Galaxy apartment (2 rooms) across the road. In the centre of town, purpose built with excellent access to the slopes and a large all around balcony. The rooms were spacious (particularly for a French ski apartment). Everything was spotless including fresh linen.

The situation of the hotel was ideal for the bars/restaurants and very close to the lifts. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and a good size, we were also given a room with a balcony which was not part of the rate we paid. A very enjoyable stay and we would certainly use this hotel again.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the ski slopes in a very pretty village that is ideal for families. The hotel bedrooms have recently been completely refurbished and are comfortable and well equipped. The staff are pleasant ensuring a relaxing stay. The breakfast was substantial.

The hotel looked nice and it seemed that the woodwork had all been recently renovated. The hotel has a hot tub and a swimming pool, but the hot tub should have been a little warmer in my opinion (it was probably close to 37°C but should have been closer to 40°C). There was free parking in a garage and the hotel had a locked bike storage. All in all a great hotel and comparatively inexpensive.

I liked the view of the church, and hearing the bells. I liked being in the quiet, older part of the village. As a result, we did not eat dinner in the hotel, but other guest praised and recommended the food, its quality and quantity! The bed was very comfortable, and we could not hear other guests or their televisions in their rooms. The hotel is near the skiing.

The location by one of the pistes is excellent, as is the view and the breakfasts. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Position: Situated on the road leading up to the golf course above Les Gets and just 15 minutes' walk to the Adventure Park and lake. Les Gets is an ideal place to stay with shops, bars, restaurants and the huge variety of outdoor activities available (facilities may be more limited outside of July and August). Lake Geneva and the spa towns of Evian and Thonon les Bains are a short drive away. This comfortable chalet, built in traditional Alpine style is surrounded by an unenclosed garden and a large terrace. Attributes: Parking, TV, Baby cot, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Sauna.
