We enjoyed our one night at Hotel Brivas, the staff were friendly and efficient and the manager/owner was very personable. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It’s only a short walk into Le Puy, but we ate in the hotel restaurant which was fine, if a little expensive.

Le Val Vert is located conveniently on main road into Le Puy-en-Velay. Food at the restaurant was exceptional and the staff were most helpful.

We liked the quiet and comfort. And we were impressed by the interior decorating of the room: bedspread and drapes matched; towels were in matching hues. The tissues (this was the only hotel where we stayed that supplied tissues) were in alternating green and violet colors--a nice touch.
