It was easy to drive to and from as we came from the UK. It was a bit further from the station than we thought and the taxi was very very expensive.

Nothing. This hotel is a kip! The room was disgusting with the curtain rails hanging down and no curtains. The area where this hotel is situated is very dangerous and both myself and my wife were attacked and mugged and everything was taken from us. We checked out of this hotel the very same night even though I had paid for 4 nights stay.

It took me almost an hour to arrived at the hotel with the Bus 350 as it was stopping at most of the busstop that afternoon. And the worst part of it all is that i did not get much sleep as everytime someone flushes the toilet , the noise was so loud ( and i already hve earplugs on ! ) i felt as if my bed was trembling. I am afraid this will be my first and last time staying at this hotel. Christina Bong.

Location is excellent for person attending exhebition at le bourjet exhebition center. bus stop is just outside the hotel and rer train station is 10 min walk or 3 bus stops from the hotel. stuff are very helpfull and friendly especially my friend the bold smiling man.

The staff were fantastically helpful, pleasant and spoke good English. They managed to arrange accomodation for two adults and three childrenin the room, and whilst it was a squeeze, the room had been thoughtfullyprepared. The parking was secure.

Very nice , small family run hotel with excellent french beakfeast. Frindly and helpful staff (mother and daughter). 15 min drive to Parc des exhibitions and airport. Many restaurants in 5 min walking distance.

The staff was absolutely perfect - helpful and friendly at all hours of the day. The room was wonderful, although I did find the bed a bit hard (I suffer from fibromyalgia, and if the bed I sleep on isn’t soft, it’ll result in my entire body aching - of course, the hotel wasn’t aware of this either, and it’s sort of a special situation).

Quite near to the Villepinte fairground (about 3 minutes via highway) and in the right direction to avoid the Paris highway morning traffic jam. Car park in front of the building, all sourrounded by a high fence creating a feeling of safety. Extremely good price during a fair for a hotel of this quality level which is located so near to the fairground.

Excellent modern design, spacious rooms with wonderful beds. Thelocation is a little outside the center, but only 10 minutes away with avery efficient metro system. The only minus with the hotel is that thebeds are so nice that it is hard to get up in time to see all thewonderful attractions in Paris. All in all, this hotel gets out verybest recommendations!.

The room was fabulous, the bed the best I have ever slept in at a hotel. I wish I had been staying longer than one night. The staff were very helpful, breafast ample. The hotel was clean, modern and I would look for hotels in this chain again.

The hotel is definitely a 5 star hotel and not a 4 star hotel. Our staythere was fantastic. Though the hotel is clearly business-orientated issuitable for a family on vacation. The hotel's staff is very politeand helpful to all guests (as most French are), the hotel is modern andwith a touch of design in common areas and in the room's furnitureand decoration, ultra-clean in both rooms and every other hotel area wevisited, rooms are large and very pleasant to be inside, though windowsdon't open the air-condition works perfectly, the room is cleaneddaily and with the minimum disturb.

Hotel was clean and tidy. We had booked two rooms - family and a twin. Unfortunately the twin was set up as a double and the persons had to bemoved to another part of the hotel. That was a shame as they were familyand had initially been given the room next door to us.

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful and all speak impeccableEnglish. 15 minute walk to Opera Garnier and Galerie Lafayetteshopping. Nicely appointed and spacious rooms, with kitchenette. The actual street on which it is located has a wonderful buzz about it -with a great mixture of bars, eateries, fresh food stalls, conveniencestore it was lively, typically Parisienne and very pleasant both duringthe day and at night. Overall the location is very central for exploringareas north of the Seine on foot. For trips further using the metro,Cadet Metro station is at the top of the street about 5 mins walk. Theapartment itself is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed withall the normal comforts one would expect in a fully fitted outapartment.

Although situated in a vibrant area of Paris the Residence is set back from the street in a small courtyard with a gated entrance so it’s quite peaceful. There are a varied range of shops in the locality to buy groceries when self catering including small supermarkets and more individual shops selling quality French produce. Alternatively there are a good range of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Most unusually for Paris the accommodation is very spacious and comfortable, but with a slightly unusual layout.
