The hotel made a good one night stop a couple of hours from Channel Ports. Dinner buffet was fine, as was the wine of the month. basic motel style hotel - OK for what it is.

Hotel employees were friendly and professional. The hotel also makes a computer available to guests which isuseful and appreciated. Also, even though the hotel is located near atraffic interchange, the rooms on the back side of the hotel are veryquite. It was a pleasure to stay at Campanile Laon.

This is the third time of staying at Campanile Laon and is an ideal location when travelling through to Friedrichshafen, Germany to the annual Aero Exhibition. The accommodation is very satisfactory and clean. If the Exhibition is on in 2012, we will definitely be booking in again. Have told friends and family about this hotel.

Good parking,easy access to motorways, within easy walking distance to Laon center. Fit for the purpose at lowest cost.

Well situated,just off the motorway. It does very well what it sets out to do; provide decent ,clean, comfortable and economical over night accomodation. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The location is a good point for calais & the tunnel for an early crossing and a good stopping off point after along journey in the u. during the hours that reception is manned the staff are very helpful. we have used the hotel on many occasions and willdo so again. the breakfasts are good value.

I stayed at Nuit St George.Laon was cancelled because I did,t come toFrance.Will stay there in March.On the way South.Etape are very good.Have stayed in several.

I liked to be able to check in at any time, however I found it difficult to obtain a code for the front door and would have found this useful information to have upon booking.

This hotel is fairly new and generally presentable. The staff werefriendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was very good indeedand compares well with anything we have previously experiencedelsewhere.

We've occasionally stayed at the hotel over the years as a first night stop at the beginning of a holiday in France, to break the journey. Laon is a good place to stay and makes a mini-break of its own at the start of the holiday. The hotel itself has a lot of charm and history and is very well placed to explore the hill top. We particularly enjoyed the Son et Lumiere at the Cathedral this year.

A traditionally French hotel. (18th C.) smart and well kept. The restaurant dining room was particularly inviting although unforunately we didn't eat there (shame because the menu and value is the best in Laon, as we later found out...) The room was spacious, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was fine and very clean. The staff was helpful and spoke perfect English. Breakfast was lacking a great choice but plentifull. I would definately recommend this hotel if staying in Laon.

Without doubt the Staff are the stars in this hotel. They are very helpful - nothing was a problem and they were friendly and welcoming. Wi-Fi was not available in bedrroms during our stay, but they immediately offered cabled access in the reception, with the use of a lap-top if required. They are knowledgeable about Laon and are eager for clients to enjoy their stay in their town. We were shown the garage area personally and offered assistance with our luggage. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, but the staff offered us coffee/tea before we went out in the mornings. We were a bit worried about comments made on the website but other than the hall being dimly lit (low wattage bulbs) and the stair carpet being a bit past it's best, the hotel was clean, comfortable and very central. Our bedroom was spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. If you have mobility problems, please note the hotel does not have a lift.
