This was a really lovely family run hotel, with parking, run by a very warm and friendly couple. Added bonus of use of the rear garden with toys(great for very young children). The rooms were very nicely decorated and well maintained. The room was spotlessly clean (we had the family room which consisted of two rooms with an interconnecting door, and the ensuite facilities were second to none. The building itself was very beautiful with spectacular tiled floor to the ground floor. We wished that we had stayed in Langres longer as the hotel was within the medieval older walled part of the city and would be a wonderfuol place for an extended trip. We were only sorry that when we tried to book the hotel for our return journey, it was fully booked!

Le Belvedere is in a charming, turn of the C20th, house in a uniquetown. It has been nicely restored, obviously recently There is a needfor more furnishing but the present arrangements are perfectly adequate. The owners take care of their guests personally & there is a youngfamily in evidence giving an atmosphere of warmth & charm. There isinformality, also, in the clear intention of the owners to satisfy theirclients. Private parking exists within the walls of the property, aplus, in an ancient town of narrow streets, when one's car is heavily, &visibly, packed. It should be a success. We will stay again, assuming itis not booked up!

A beautiful old french house lovingly restored. We stayed in their nicest room which was lovely. Very spacious, tasteful decor and very comfortable. Extremely nicely converted bathroom with all amenities. Lauren and his wife could not have been better hosts. Lauren is originally from California, so he speaks French obviously and also english and spanish. They made us extremely welcome and we almost felt part of the family with their children and the dog ! For a B&B would recommend highly. Breakfast ok ,no choise just what they give you , but the coffee and fresh orange juice are relly good.
