The hotel is situated perfectly to explore the Dordogne area and being next to a river evokes the perfect atmosphere. The hotel building, although being up to date with its facilities provides the feeling of history and belonging to the area. The food was memorable for all the right reasons but you pay for the expertise. I would recommend the hotel to my friends.

The setting is very lovely and relaxing. The room we were allocated had a lovely new shower room and lovely products. The restaurant used on one evening, was as expected excellent.

Lovely spa hotel in the countryside close to St. Emilion and surrounding vinyards. Well staffed comfortable and elegant at a very reasonable price.

We liked the very central location and the nearness and cheapness of public parking. The welcome was very pleasant and to have our bags carried a real bonus these days. the room was small but well appointed including an air conditioning unit, The plumbing was clean and efficient. The best feature was saved for the morning with the excellant breakfast served in the bar/cafe by a charming young lady.

The Hotel was in a beautiful location, overlooking a park. Marie-Josee and Thierry Menot were excellent hosts and looked after us very well.

We have stayed approx 10 times it is ideal as a 1 night stop over and although hotel is basic it is ideal for us who travel with our dogs. The rooms/beds are very clean. As back sufferers my wife and I agree the beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The automatic check in is also a bonus as on our last trip we were delayed 4 hours but was able to use auto check in at midnight.

Beautiful setting for this lovely hotel. Our room was overlooking the gorge and was very comfortable with everything we required for our overnight stay en route to Spain. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meal we had at the hotel terrace restaurant was delicious. Would most definitely recommend.

The hotel is built into a very old (14th century?), beautiful building, located in the middle of the Rocamadour city. The hotel manager and staff were very accommodating and helpful for 3 motorcyclists! It was a very pleasant stay.
