It was very convenient for the motorway, as we were only staying the one night en route for S France also it was very clean & tidy with very friendly staff.

It was very convenient for the motorway, as we were only staying the one night en route for S France also it was very clean & tidy with very friendly staff.

We used the hotel as an en route stop traveling south to the coast. The Hotel was perfect for this purpose. Its close to the main run south and the town is bug enough to entertain us for the evening. There is an outdoor pool which would be great for young children.

Staightforward and clean hotel, the annexe of which is more akin to amotel but closer to the pool. Issoire itself is not particularlyatractive but close to the Volcans. Restaurant was very good. Ideal as astopover if travelling to/from South Fram]nce / Spain.

I enjoyed this hotel very much. I Will be staying at this hotel next yearfor 1 night on the way to the south of France. I Do not think it is worthhaving the breakfaest as it is not worth €9. 50 if you have children.

A good,clean comfortable hotel, ideally situated for onward travel through France. I have stayed there several times and the high standards have been maintained every time. I have also recommended it to friends travelling between the UK and France. They have also been repeat users.

This is a low budget hotel which is very clean, quit and the facilitiesis in excellent condition. Very pleased with the experience. We usedthis hotel as a central base to visit historic sites in the regions. Great location.

I used the hotel as an overnight stop enroute to Spain. The booking in was very easy the Staff were polite, helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and well laid out. Free wifi was appreciated.

Had trouble logging on to wi-fi so asked girl at desk for help but got short shrift from her, she realy did not want to know.Could not get a drink before meal time and when i asked for more tea bags and milk she almost threw a wobbler and huffed and puffed but eventually gave me some..At 3.30 am the fire alarm went off for about 4 mins.Apart from 2 other geusts we were the only people to respond but when the alarm stopped there were no hotel staff around to tell us what had happened. All in all not a good expereience and would not stay there again

It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The kettle in the room for a morning drink was a nice touch. So too was an English TV channel on the TV. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were helpful.
