The owner was magnificent. We did not arrive until 12.30am due to security alerts at both Heathrow and Toulouse airports. We woke the poor man up to let us in and yet in the morning we were met with smiles and a very warm welcome. This is a good hotel choice for Sauveterre parents as it is a very easy 12km drive to the school. I understand it has a very good restaurant but we were too late to try it.

This is a very nice hotel with a relaxing, luxurious resort-type feel. Our apartment was clean, light and modern with a practical kitchenette and a nice bathroom. Access to Toulouse centre is easy by public transport as a bus stop is practically right outside the door. This has been the best value for money stay of our whole ( three month) French holiday! The staff were professional.

Check in staff were outstanding when a problem with reservation arose. Com said room was a two bedroom apartment but they don’t have those. Apartments were clean and comfortable. We had studios which were quite small but we were only there for a night.

A great location with plenty of space to walk the dogs. Nicely air conditioned apartments, great staff and a very nice petit dejeuner with many selections. The parking is very much a plus, as many of the downtown hotels either charge for parking or don't have it at all.

Its good value for money, I got a great deal on the room. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant/bar staff are extremely friendly and everything is very reasonably priced.
