This is the first time we have stayed here. The other plus way a kettle - something that is often missing from French hotel rooms. There was even an extra pillow in the wardrobe. Air conditioning too!! I would definately stay here again.

The hotel staff are excellent. For my purposes it’s in a good location. Good enclosed free parking. Easy access from Route National.

Useful location, ideal for a route stop on the way to or from channel ports avoiding Paris. Really nice comfortable hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Restaurant was closed, as others have commented, but breakfast was excelent for a hotel buffet - proper bacon ond eggs and the best croissants we’d had in 2 weeks in France! Great value for money.

Used hotel as a stop off mid way on a journey further south in France. Hotel was clean and tidy, quiet, and fine for a 1 night stay. Price good. Best for us was availability of family rooms for 2 adults and 2 children- not easy to find in France for some odd reason!.

Stayed at this hotel on the way and coming back from holiday in france. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only slight criticism was that the restaurant wasclosed when we were there which was a friday both ways. Otherwise verysatisfied.

We used the Hotel de L’Orme as a stopover on our way back from Carcassonne to Calais. This is a no frills city centre hotel and great value for money. There are no restaurant facilities but there are plenty of eating places within a few minutes walk. The receptionist was very welcoming and we had lift access to our third floor room which was clean and well prepared.

Evreux is a smallish town but has it’s own cathedral and clock tower and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. The main purpose of our visit was twofold. We spent one day in Chartres and another at Monets garden in Giverny, and its surroundings, and both trips are easy to do from Evreux and this hotel is good for access to the outgoing roads but also only a 10/15 minute walk in to the town centre. On our way home on a saturday we spent a couple of hors in Rouen at the cathedral and the markets.

Generally the staff were friendly and helpful. Although we speak quite reasonable French they found it difficult to communicate with us. Once Reception opened there was a member of staff who made things a little easier. We stayed en route to the Loire and it was very easy to find our way out of Evreux from this hotel.

The staff (owners) were extremely kind and helpful, and wanted to makethe guest feel very welcome. It is not a luxury hotel, but rather onewhich is quite functional, reasonably quiet even though located on amain thoroughfare, and with a great location across the street fromthe station.
