The reception staff were helpful and the check-in process was efficient. The old radios stacked about the hotel were quirky. The bed was clean and reasonably comfortable.

We were comfortable in the new chalet part of the hotel - comfortable new bed and bathroom, all very clean and servicable. Perfect for a one night stop over. Friendly staff in the dining room.

The Hotel Maine is immediately next to the tiny train station in Eu andwas an absolute delight. We had no idea that Eu had so much to offer. Our only regret was spending just one night. As history buffs, we couldeasily have spent several days exploring the area (including the churchwhere William the Conqueror was married).
