The hotel had a good location and personel was friendly. The hotel is fairly central and the staff were helpful.

The location is great, close to the town, harbour and marinas. A clean,friendly hotel. We’ve stayed here on many occasions, so we like the hotel and its great location.

No secure parking listed when booking hotel for overnight stay, but as we were travelling on motorcycles, they said we could park out front which was visible from reception desk used by night porter. Staff friendly enough, only down side hotel getting upgraded and could be noisy, but I would say building work nearly finished.

The hotel is a couple of streets away from the beech in dunkerque, which was an ideal location. We had been on a driving tour and found the hotel easily using our sat nav. Our car was perfectly safe, parked in the layby outside the hotel, free of charge. The woman who owns the hotel was very friendly and spoke good english.

The family accommodation was two rooms in a private corridor, making a sort of appartment. The breakfast was an excellent French breakfast with bread, cheese, ham and croissants. We were disappointed that the Michelin-listed restaurant was closed for the holidays (!), but the restaurant recommended by the lady on the reception desk was very good. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel which was very clean and with friendly, helpful staff.

Our visit was on a Public Holiday and the hotel restaurant as well as other nearby restaurants and shops were all closed, so we could not use them. It is not a luxury hotel, but clean and accommodating and all the staff we spoke to spoke tolerable to excellent English. We were able to park our car on the street immediately outside the front entrance for which there was no charge. I have no reservations about returning when next.

Really good location, on a pretty beach front and nicely away from the horrible town center of Dunkerque. The beach is very nice and there are plenty of bars and restaurants along the promenade. The rooms were quaint and had a huge four poster bed which we liked, as well as a good sized bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back for a stop over but not for a lengthy holiday.

The location is excellent with large beaches and restaurants within yards of the building. The price was fair for the area and reasonably close to the ferry port though well away from the industrial port area. The room was small for an extended stay but clean and the en-suite bathroom was modern. Parking is very easy, at least during the off-season for a beachfront. The building has a good elevator.

This hotel was actually very nice. The decor is very unusual with a strong African theme throughout and even menu items with an African twist. Having read some reviews I was a little worried that it might not be a good experience but I'm pleased to say that it was fine. It is not the best place I have ever stayed and there were some basic faults but this seemed to add to the charm rather that be a problem. There is a very large free car park only 50 metres away so that was not an issue, the room was very clean (shower could do with a refit!) and even BBC1 and 2 on TV. We ate in the resteraunt in the evening and meal was very nice and there were many choices, a lttle pricey for portion size but compared with what there was available locally it acceptable. Breakfast was ok for 7.5 E, everything was fresh and plentful with a very friendly lady who was very attentive.

The all suits is exactly what it states.. It was superbly clean thestaff were excellent and friendly and it is in a great location to getaround and explore dunkerque and further afield. Myself and 7 year oldstayed for 2 nights and all I can say is it was a pleasurable stay and Iwould definately use this hotel again..

We used this hotel as a stopover before returning to the uk by ferry,and it was brilliant. It was clean and comfortable, quiet at night andhaving a kitchette made it so easy to make drinks. The bed was verycomfortable. We arranged a late arrival which was very well managed, andcheckign out int he morning was quick and efficient.
