The hotel is very close to the Channel Tunnel and to the shopping area of Cite Europe. microwave, fridge, kettle, and TV with a selection of free to view films. Ideal for our overnight stop to break the journey at start of holiday. Selection of meals available in the reception area, which can be microwaved, though wider selection available at the nearby Cite Europe.

Good size room, very clean with a good bathroom, both bath and shower and separate wc. We only stayed one night, travelling back from holiday so catching ferry the following morning. Close to the Citi de Europe shopping centre and walked there to find something to eat, there is a lot to choose from. A lovely hotel to finish off our holiday and would definitely use it again.

Chose this hotel for 3 reasons-proximity to calais eurostar trainconnection 1km-for me- channel tunnel car shuttle under 6 km for myother travel companians and spa swimming pool leisure centre complex forall of us-hotel has a nice open feel to it-we were pleased theres a barand restuarant on site as a lot of 3 stars wouldnt have these sort offacilities-after reading some reviews prior to arriving -we were a bitworried about the food on offer if we decided to eat at the hotel-butwere pleasantly suprised-we enjoyed the breakfasts as good as 4 starsthat we had stayed at that week-also eat at the bar who have a snackmenu and we didnt think it was expensive-all the staff were veryfriendly always smiling and helpful-great gym steam room pool etc andnice to have staff at th leisure centre to assist in any way-the hotelwas suprisingly busy and full bearing in mind its location but it seemspeople choose it for the same practical reasons we did-met lots oftravellers from north of england who st

I use this hotel as an ideal stopover. It's very close to the Shuttleexit, so go over on a late shuttle, get a decent night's sleep, and beon the road early, without having to get up at 4 or 5 in the morning for7am (net 8am French Time) crossing. Standard Holiday Inn rooms - didn'ttry the restaurant or breakfast, so can't comment, but it looked popular- but we nipped down to Le Blanc Nez in Sangatte for dinner - 5 minsaway and always popular with French & British alike!

Very good hotel. High standard of accomodation and service and a verygood restaurant. We arrived quite late and were pleased to see there wasstill a full service in the restaurant where we had an excellent dinner.We wanted to find a hotel close to the terminal as we were driving toBurgundy the next day and wanted a short drive off the Shuttle. It wasideal and I would recommend it to anyone.

I selected this hotel because of its proximity to the Coquelles terminal of the channel tunnel. The hotel was easy to find, located on a roundabout to the east of the village centre in the direction of Calais. In addition, free parking and free WiFi helped to make this choice. There are a selection of superstores close by including Auchan.

The hotel is ideally situated to cater for travellers arriving in Calaisto access Eurotunnel and ferry port. Car parking was convenient, securewithin the hotel grounds. The reception staff were very friendly andhelpful. Breakfast was well presented offering a variety within thecontinental breakfast range. The whole hotel was clean and tidy.

We were pleasantly surprised with this budget hotel. Excellent village type location near to the Eurotunnel terminal. Unlike UK chains such as Travelodge, the Kyriad Calais Sud offered a decent range of food options. The breakfast was particularly of a good quality and value for money. Plenty of secure car parking, also a plus point. The staff (evening & morning) were efficient and helpful. We will use this hotel again when travelling to and from France.
