We stayed in a different appartment to last time and stayed for twonights. We felt "at home" as soon as we checked in and before we checkedout we were working out how many days we would stay next time. We stayat hotels in France at least six times a year as we travel betweenEngland and the south-west. We have tried several hotels in the Rouenarea and we have never had a negative experience but Le Manoir des DeuxAmants is by far our favourite now.

Very nice place, located at the side of the river with inside (andoutside I think) swimming pools. Very pretty, peaceful spot with a quietroad to the rear (which you don't hear). Apartment was very wellequipped (I only used the place for one night to crash though) with tv,dvd, full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine hairdryer etc. Woulddefinately stay again (and may even taken the family next time !!).Inexpensive shop at reception where I bought the essentials forbreakfast (no restaurant or meals on site)

The location has to be the best thing. All room face on to the river;the views and surroundings are relaxing, quiet and beautiful. Theoutdoor and indoor swimming pool were clean, of a decent size and a realluxury. We had a studio apartment, which was absolutely fine for ourneeds. There is a small amount of provisions available at reception,such as the ingredients for a basic meal and all the basics (milk,juice, wine etc). You can order fresh bread and crossiants for themorning. Good to have electronic gates - reassuring.

The staff were warm, welcoming and very hard-working. They went out oftheir way to ensure we were comfortable. We always draw on our knowledgeof French as much as possible, but the staff were kind andunderstanding! The room we were in was not air-conditioned and we hadarrived on a very humid evening. We requested a fan and one was found,taken to our room and switched on. We had a lovely dinner that night. Mywife does not eat meat or fish but as we had given them advanced warningthrough Booking.com this was not a problem for the hotel. A great mealwas served that satisfied us both. The location of this hotel is veryspecial indeed. A lovely place to stay.

Le Moulin De Connelles is in a beautiful riverside location. The staff were very welcoming, and courteous; our room was comfortable, clean and had a great view over the millpond and the river and the countryside beyond. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which were excellent, and with very good service from staff. We would definitely stay at Le Moulin De Connelles again.

This is a beautiful old hotel, full of character situated on the river in the country. The staff are friendly and make you very welcome. The food is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Recommend a Kir Vin Blanc!
