We were travelling by train and the hotel was only 10 minutes walk from the station yet in a quiet location with outstanding views of the old town and the amazing background of the Puys de Dome. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the breakfast room on the top floor gives great panoramic views and has a roof terrace. Very easy walk through old town to plenty of restaurants in the evening.

On arrival we had a problem with our room but this was sorted out promptly, professionally and to our utmost satidfaction. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, The location was close to the city and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was good as was La Table de Thierry in the old town.

Our suite was with very dirty carpet on the floor, but very comfortablebed. The suit consists of two rooms which have a rear view on the schoolyard. It is specious and confortable. The breakfast at the hotel wasnice, although laking some vegatables.

We chose Clermont Ferrand as a suitable overnight stopping point whilst driving to and from the south of France. The hotel is located in a retail park minutes from the motorway. The location of the hotel is not the most picturesque but proved to be ideal as a stopover point. Additionally, both the receptionists were friendly and spoke good english.

The hotel was nearby the autoroute to the south. Although it was close to a busy trafficroad, we were not troubled by any noise. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and has the supermarket Lidl next door. The staff speaks fluently english and are very helpfull and kind.

It is very conveniently located very close to Place Delille as well as to the railway station. It was built-in directly in the room -- for example, the shower was a cabin in the room. Finally, breakfast was included, and was not bad at all. I absolutely recommend this hotel, to anybody.

Just a short walk from the old centre of Clermont-Ferrand in a quietstreet, with a covered market across the road. We were able to parkjust outside the hotel on a meter - free between 7 P. The proprietor was friendly and helpful. Overall,it was excellent value for money and I would stay there again if re-visiting the city.

The staff were helpful and the rate was affordable. Given that the building needs some investment, the rooms were OK and because I was someone who needed somewhere available and inexpensive that night, the hotel suited my purpose.

The main plus was its central location - everything in Clermont-Ferrand was then in walking distance or a tram ride. Having a Carrefour 2 minutes away was also useful.

Just what we needed. Simple accomodation for 2 nights in Clermont-Ferrand. A good alrounder. We arrived at night, reception closes at 19:00 and were given keycodes and safe code to enter our room which was much easier than I thought! Good stay.

The accomodation was fantastic. It was a really good price. The only problem was the cooking facilities which did not work and the receptionist was not able to help us. This meant that the meal we had brought with us had to be thrown away and we had to go out to eat.

Apartment stile room with cooker and fridge very good for familys. Trams run right past front door for town centre rooms are clean and roomy. Continental breakfast good staff are very good and go out of the way to help out.
